PowerLift Foundation Repair - Little Rock
I had 3 piers installed in the back of my house. The piers are suppose to be for a lifetime. There is a split in my brick & that is why I hired them. They fix it once, but now they will not or say they can't fix my split in brick. I'm very disappointed because like I said that is why I hired them and paid 800.00 for each pier. Harold informed me, when he put piers on the side of my house, it should fix the concrete crack inside of my house. Of course, it didn't. I called Rex on 3/6/17, about the brick split/crack but no return call.

Mike O'Conner came out on a Saturday and pumped the standing water out of our septic tank, and checked the pump for problems initially. He diagnosed it as the float not doing it's job. He repositioned it and said that we needed to wait to see if it was going to be work and recommended that we hard wire the pump to the electrical source we had available instead of having an exposed cord. This would be done once the ground around the pump tank had time to dry out. After a few days we noticed that the tank was filling up again, and called Mike. He sent one of his crew out to reposition the float. The young man let us know he was there and went straight to work. He knocked on the door after he had finished and let me know he would be back to check on it ( but he wouldn't bother us, just go to the pump tank and check) and make sure it was working and that they would hard wire it once it was dry. For several days we had rain, and of course the ground could not dry out, but we didn't notice any water building up in the tank. I spoke with Mike a few days later and he told me that his crewman had been out three times to check the pump and was certain the problem had been fixed. He then set up a time to have someone come out to hard wire the pump. The young man who came out was the same one who had been checking on the pump. He was polite, quick and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this company! They are excellent and saved us a ton of money! Thank you, Mike and crew!

Had to wait almost a month on the schedule then was delayed a week due to weather (obviously not their fault).  When work commenced, it was completed is about 4 days.
At first I was concerned because the appearance of the floor inside the house was not much improved before the repair but it turns out the original construction was not level (approx. 1/2" too low).  The wall was raised to it's previous level but could not be raised any further without rising damage to the foundation wall and internal sheetrock.
Overall I am satisfied with service received.  The owner of the company came to the job site to discuss the situation with me
I thought the price was fair and would use Foundation Pro again.

The service was done according to the time element set. Phillip was good to show me the problem and explain the replacement and how the system was working. I was impressed with the company. He said the pump had a year's warranty and he would guarantee the service for one year also. He expected the pump to work much longer that the one year warranty. HOWEVER...9 days later we noticed a smell coming from the tank and upon investigation found that the pump tank was full and over flowing. I called the company the next day and told them we were experiencing a problem. I receive a call right away and was told he was on a job and would call me back in two hours. Five days later I'm still waiting for a return call after having left several messages since.I have two numbers for the company, one number is never answered and you can not leave a message because the mail box is full??? The other number appears to be a personal cell phone, and I was able to leave messages at this number. I finally called his wife! Now I am waiting to see if she has any affect! Actually, at this point, I don't know if I even want him to look at it again! Very poor customer service!!!

The company was great about setting up a time that was convenient for our family; especially since, with such major repair work, we would need to be out of the home for several days.  They did a great job of taking care of protecting our furnishings in the home.  They showed up on time and worked steadily through the day.  They stayed late on the last day to make sure everything in our home was taken care of and ready for us to move back in.  The quality of work was great!  They placed the piers as we had discussed and even installed an extra pier at no charge to be sure the repair was done correctly.  I was happy to hear that they were now also providing foam injection.  This prevented me from having to have another company to come out on a different day to do the work. We are very please with the outcome of the work and happy that we chose Foundation Pro.

After a home inspection regarding the sale of my son's home, we were informed that a crack in the foundation had to be repaired.  We had a short timeframe to have the work done.  Foundation Pro exceeded our expectations!   They had the repair completed the next week.  Brent provided us with a detailed description of the work and cost and was very good about explaining what work needed to be done.  The cost was reasonable.  He and his staff were very personable and were very good about communicating with us.   The foundation repair looks great!  Thank you, Brent, for being so prompt and helping my son meet his deadline.  We  definitely recommend your company to anyone needing foundation repair work.

We obtained estimates from three different companies who each proposed three different methods over a $20,000.00 price range. Despite my research I could not identify the best method of the three. My wife and I hired a structural engineer to perform an evalualtion, asking him to identify the best method. Without hesitation he recommend the technique used by Foundation Pro (the steel pier method).
Foundation Pro's quote was the highest of the three given but we felt that for the money involved, not to mention the structural integrity of our home, it would be foolish to go with a lesser method.
The job took much longer to complete than originally estimated but in all honesty a good part of the delay was because the foundation had previously been "fixed" by trenching under portions of the foundation and injecting tons of concrete to shore up the home. Not only did this prior repair aggravate the sinking of the foundation, it complicated Foundation Pro's task by forcing them to spend four days jack hammering through an average of four feet of concrete at multiple points.
Our quote called for 27 steel piers on the perimeter of the foundation and five piers under the flooring. Our home is pier and beam construction with a crawl space. In the end Foundation Pro deternined that four additional piers were needed under the house to properly level the floor. These were added at no additional cost.
In the end we are extremely pleased with the repair. For the first time in years our home is level and stable. All doors and windows can be opened and closed without sticking or binding. The cracks in the brick facade were closed and sealed and the windows were re-caulked.
Our primary point of contact with the company, Brent Stroud, was very pleasant to deal with. Always upbeat, he promptly returned all telephone calls. Both he and Bob Stroud frequently came by our home to check on the progress of the repair.

I am confident that this repair will last.  If that is not the case however, I have strong reason to believe that Foundation Pro will stand behind their lifetime guarantee on the steel piers.
To sum it up.  Foundation Pro does quality work.  If you find yourself in my position, with the stability and integrity of your home at stake,go for a repair that you can count on.
