To get to the line they had to dismantle a wheelchair accessible ramp off the deck. Afterwards they reattached the ramp with excellent care.

They were very nice and professional. Showed me exactly what the problem was, how it would be repaired, and came out on a Sunday to replace the sewer pipe within one afternoon.

They were on time and very professional.  They advised that they could go under all my landscaping, I was skeptical.  In the end I was right and they had to dig several large holes in the yard.  Since they had rented the bore machine I was charged for it.  They did attempt to fix the landscaping to a degree.  Overall I was satisfied and have used them since with good results.  The two other estimates I got were pretty close to theirs, so I guess the price was the going rate.

He was very nice guy. He did the first quote and was willing to think out of the box with whatever I could come up with. He tried to bring down the price as much as he could but he still couldn't get it down enough for me to do it. He tried and he did a good job. He thought over it for a couple of days and called me giving me options. I was willing to spend $4000 for the job but he was quoting $10000. I understand why he is charging me this much though. The foundation wall around the house is the big deal. He was really nice and he did try. He kept thinking on it and he also came down the road with another idea. I told him I didn't want to spend $10000 and he was trying to find a way around. He was still going to do good work. He does excavation work as well. He is a really nice guy.

Dennis arrived right on schedule to perform a multi-tank pump out on our ATU. Dennis worked very hard and ensured that each tank was pumped clear and that any and all sludge was removed as this is an Automatic Treatment Unit and not a typical septic system.

The man that works for this company is terrific. He is very honest and very self conscious in his work. He will speak up and let you know exactly what it is that has to be done. He will do what you ask, but, he will suggest that you do not if he feels it is not the right thing to do. He is a terrific guy who knows his profession very well.

Mike O'Conner came out on a Saturday and pumped the standing water out of our septic tank, and checked the pump for problems initially. He diagnosed it as the float not doing it's job. He repositioned it and said that we needed to wait to see if it was going to be work and recommended that we hard wire the pump to the electrical source we had available instead of having an exposed cord. This would be done once the ground around the pump tank had time to dry out. After a few days we noticed that the tank was filling up again, and called Mike. He sent one of his crew out to reposition the float. The young man let us know he was there and went straight to work. He knocked on the door after he had finished and let me know he would be back to check on it ( but he wouldn't bother us, just go to the pump tank and check) and make sure it was working and that they would hard wire it once it was dry. For several days we had rain, and of course the ground could not dry out, but we didn't notice any water building up in the tank. I spoke with Mike a few days later and he told me that his crewman had been out three times to check the pump and was certain the problem had been fixed. He then set up a time to have someone come out to hard wire the pump. The young man who came out was the same one who had been checking on the pump. He was polite, quick and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this company! They are excellent and saved us a ton of money! Thank you, Mike and crew!

Mike O'Connor made the schedule for Thursday, Sept. 4th at 9:00am. Crew showed up at 8:50.  Had Genes pumping service and man on board ready to work at 9am! I have had trouble in the past with last vendor making sure things were on time and inpections performed per schedule.  Clear Flow seems to have their operations finally tuned and customer satisfaction on top of list. I look forward to having this company service my system and highly recommend them.

We had Mike do our siding last year and it went pretty well. WE really liked Mike and felt we could trust him when we decided to do an office remodel and a kitchen project. I am sorry to say, it didn't go as well this time.  Communication and timing are everything and it just wasn't there for the interior jobs.  Our office was bid for 6-8 DAYS and it took 4 weeks. The painter seemed to be the hold up.  There were supposedly issues with the ceiling drying but a fan was never put on it.  One day the painter didn't show up or call until late in the day to inform me he wasn't coming.  I had waited all day.  Needless to say, I was very frustrated about the timing and miscommunication. The kitchen project was mass confusion.  We started one day late so that the cabinet could be picked up and painted before being installed.  On the start date, the carpenter told me he had been given the wrong size and would have to pick it up the next day.  They began demolition and Mike sent the painters out to begin painting in the middle of demo.  They refused to paint that day and helped do demo.  The next day the UNPAINTED cabinet was picked up and installed. I didn't see the carpenter again for 2 days.  The painters once again did carpenter work and did do a good job.  The tile man installed the tile one day and came the next to grout but the painters came as well and the tile guy had to work over and under them.  Then they all left before any job was finished.  I found broken tile in the backsplash and called the tile man but he has yet to return my call.  The list goes on and on but I think my biggest complaints are the lack of communication from Mike with his crew and with me and the fact that every complaint I had was turned back on me.  It was like arguing with a school child with "He said she said".  the work in the kitchen looked great until I started examining and I have found puddled paint, broken tile and other things that really bother me for the price.  I would not use this company again nor would I recommend them. I would however recommend the carpenter.  He was very skilled and aimed to please.
