  • I don't typically service my vehicle at a dealership, but I think from now on I will! The staff at Central Toyota is great. The guy at the Service Desk, Wes, is fantastic--he answered all the questions I had and gave me a list of things that we may want to have checked (but didn't push any of the repairs on us). I feel like my car ran like new after I picked it up and it didn't cost me and arm and a leg!

  • My car started driving real weird like the transmission was going out. Engine light had came on and there was a burning smell coming from the engine. I brought the car to Bosches's in Jonesboro on the advice of a co-worker. The people there were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the issue. They repaired all the issues, along with some I didn't know I had. Everything came with a full 1-year warranty. Found out the issues the car was having was basically a tune-up was needed and there was transmission fluid leaking from a gasket/seal on the axle attached to the transmission. The workers took great care of my car while they had it. They even went as far as to cover the seats and put in floor coverings to make sure they did not accidentally get grease, dirt, or oil in my car. I will most definitely be going back to them again.

  • I was recommended by a friend to talk with this company. After setting an appointment and arriving a few minutes early, they pulled my car around within minutes and started checking it out. I knew I had a transmission leak, just didn't know where. They found the two leaks, one in the transmission pan(small pin hole) and the other was with one of the axle joints. At first they said it would take about 3 hours from start to finish. It ended up being 8 hours. It was not their fault though, the transmission was not the original one, so the VIN and part numbers were not matching up. Once they got the correct parts it was no time at all before I was back on the road. The total cost was supposed to be over $1500, but because of the extra time they had to take to locate the proper parts they knocked it down to $900. Their explanation was they should have seen by the number not matching that it was a different transmission and not the original.
