    Charles Wyles Contractors
It went great. Charles purchased all of the materials and did the installation. A few days later his son returned to install a fireplace mantle that I had purchased. Nice people to have come to your home.

    Charles Wyles Contractors
Charles came out, listened to my ideas for the project, and gave me a detailed bid. I thought his bid was very fair, and he was willing to provide me with proof of insurance, so we signed a contract. Charles and his son, Joel, came out and removed the old sections of fence, leaving the posts only, as I had requested. They then installed an 8-inch by 8-inch steel-reinforced concrete footing with a 4-inch retainer curbing on top. Several days later, they installed new fencing. They removed any excess concrete from the area and hauled it away. They went over and above what I had requested by raking up the entire area and covering it with straw so that I could plant grass seed. This work was all done neatly and in a very timely fashion. Both Charles and Joel were very personable and respectful--very easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again.

    Weather Proofing Experts LLC
Weather Proofing Experts evaluated our roof externally (had no access at the time to the inside of the house) and contacted us and said there were major issues, not just with the roof/flashings/lack of ventilation, but that signs they were seeing on the bricks told them there was no water proofing/house wrap behind the bricks; we found this hard to believe and were skepical, afterall the house was built in 1989 and Tyvek was trademarked in 1965 (and if nothing else it was common practice to at least use felt paper or tar paper?) We agreed, along with the realtor and seller, to meet Brandon of Weather Proofing Experts at the house and allow him access to the attic and other interior spaces to further evaluate the home. My fiance, who is an architect at a general contractor's office, went into the attic space/gables with Brandon and Chris, and sure enough: no house wrap/weather proofing: it was just studs and the backs of bare bricks. Not only that, but because of the way the house was flashed and bricked when it was built, the brick was going to have to come off to re-roof the house: a $70-90, 000 job to remove brick, weatherproof behind the brick, and properly flash and roof the house and add ventilation. Though we were heart broken, as we loved the house and location, etc, we were so thankful for Weather Proofing Experts keen ability to evaluate the home and identify and problem we were completely unaware of before we purchased the home. In the end, we were able to submit a new lower offer to the seller, and they came down on their price to off-set most of the future costs to repair our issues identified by Weather Proofing Experts, and after we close, we will be contacting Brandon and his crews at Weather Proofing Experts to take care of our home.

    Property Works

I called and set-up and appointment for an estimate on carpet and someone came the next day, I have forgotten his name.  He was polite and efficient.  I had previously rented out my home and I had to remove the carpet due to the damage done by their pets.  There was a urine smell that had soaked into the subfloor and he advised me they could paint it with Kilz to block the smell or I could save some money and do it myself which is what I opted to do.  I appreciated the information.  He measured the floors and we discussed different flooring options.  He told me Roger could give a quote on the types we discussed and left.  Two days later I received an email and a text from Roger with the estimates.  I had called around and gotten quotes from other places and his was by far the best.  After I received the quote I started having car trouble and I texted Roger to ask how long the offer was good.  He said typically 30 days but he would extend it a couple of weeks for me.  I ended up not needing the extra time but I am glad it was there just in case.  I decided to go with carpet and having never had to buy and install flooring before I texted Roger multiple times on what I needed to do and what the next steps would be.  He was very helpful and patient with my elementary questions. I went to Smiths Tile and Carpet and Darin helped me pick out the carpet I wanted, he called Roger and informed him of my choice.

The day the carpet was to be installed Dan and Joe came about 30 minutes early and helped me move a few items that were too large for me to do on my own.  They arrived at 8:30 am and were done by 1:30. The guys were quick, quiet, and efficient.  The carpet looks great there are no apparent seams and it is flush against the wall.  When I stepped on the edge of the carpet I didn't get stabbed by the tack holding the carpet in place, as you know that is not a pleasant surprise. They picked up and took the scraps of carpet with them and left me some of the bigger pieces I had asked about.  There were little bits of trimmed carpet here and there but for the most part they cleaned up after themselves.

Overall a great experience.  I would definitely recommend them to friends and use them again if I ever needed.

    Johnson Brothers Construction Foundation LLC
They (3 Brothers) showed up on time, looked under the house and looked at outside told me what they would do an how much. They came to fix it and found more damage when siding was pulled off. They repaired it all and didn't charge me any extra. The did it in the time they said and the house and yard even looked. They are excellent and I will use them again. Wonderful!

    CB Siding
It was my first time using them and I thought it went really well. It was a one man job and he did really good. He was very prompt, he did exactly what he said he would do and I had no issues with him. If I was looking for someone he'd be the one I'd use. He doesn't have an overhead, he doesn't have a big building but his rates were reasonable. I paid $400 for his services.

    ARKANSAS FENCE COMPANY, INC.
Work was all done as described and no surprises on the bill. What I was quoted was what I paid. They were able to match existing fencing pretty closely.
The only slight negative I'd say is that, once I got the fence installed, they weren't super responsive. For instance I had an issue with the fence door not closing properly (needed to be adjusted) so I emailed them twice with no reply. Then out of nowhere the guys show up a couple of weeks later, make the necessary adjustments and we were good to go. Not a huge deal, but a style point worth consideration. I'd use them again, but I'd also consider using another service as well.

    CertaPro Painters of Fayetteville
The painters - Angelo & Rolando were extremely professional, easy to work with, 100% trustworthy and their work is beautiful.  We had stripes painted on 2 of the LR textured walls.  The lines are PERFECTLY straight. So many of our friends have commented on how perfect & beautiful the walls look.  Some have even thought it was wallpaper because it is so perfect.  We had 1 wall in a guest BR and 1 wall in the study that had large picture holes in them.  They repaired the holes & matched the 10 year old paint exactly.  We also took advantage of the free 1 hour with a decorator.  Sarah helped us pick out the right shades of gray needed to give us the look we wanted.  She "got" the picture in my mind so well that I hired her later to help us place furniture in the LR.  It has always been a problem room with doors and/or windows on every wall.
Because of the professional work done by Angelo, Rolando and Sarah, our friends have commented on how much larger the LR, Foyer and hallway appear.  The painting and placement of furniture really paid off!!
I have already referred CertaPro to many of our friends and neighbors and we will definitely use them for our next project!!
