Tim's estimate was incredible and extremely detailed.  It was obvious he spent hours putting the estimate together.  He was an A+ to work with for the estimate.

They always do an above-and-beyond job. We have hired ProClean to assist us several jobs including carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, wood and laminate floor cleaning, housekeeping/after-job-clean-up, oriental run cleanings, water extraction and more.

Since there was fire and smoke damage to contend with, this made for a messy removal. The workers were very aware that there were two condo units below them when tearing down the siding and the deck roof. All the materials were removed and the area cleaned up completely. No damage was done to any other property. All the workers were friendly and explained what they would be doing. They matched all the stained surfaces and the replacement fixtures were per our requirements. The job was completed in a couple of weeks and they did come back to make sure everything was working properly, especially the gutters. This was a stress free renovation. They even worked well with our insurance company. Couldn't have asked for more.

They were average. Doors were installed wrong, floors were not level and walls were not straight. It wasn't horrible, but I expected better results. Over the course of 2 to 3 months, they did come out and fix everything but I was unable to collect rent at that time. One time, my wife showed up and they were drinking. I would not use them again.

The price was just outrageous. They put in charges that were not done. They added charges of removing things that were already removed. I confronted them and they apologized. The guy was very nice and polite about everything. He kept saying that it was covered by our insurance. When we got the final payment from the insurance company, there were items in there that were not covered. The insurance company said that they didn't cover those. It was a flood that wiped out our house and I was just overwhelmed with everything. It was the worst mess in the whole world and I needed some help. They were there and they were just nice people. I didn't ask the cost. They came in and said that they would take care of it and told me not to worry. It made me feel like everything was going to be okay. They told me that they would clean everything up and told me that it was covered by the insurance. They wanted the name of my insurance company and they told me they would work with the adjuster because the adjuster had been out there. I felt that it was okay because it was covered by insurance, but there were items that were not covered by insurance. I couldn't get any money from the insurance company and the guy kept sending emails asking for payments and wanting things to be cleared up. We did get a little bit of advance from the insurance company and I sent him some of that and I had to put the rest on a credit card. That sort of left a bitter taste. We are not going to be able to repair our house because the city of Branson says we can't repair this house with the damage that has been done to it. The flood plain has been raised in the area so our house has to be raised too. We can't get a building permit now to repair it until it is raised and they won't allow us to raise this house because it's too old and it was under water for 2 weeks and it won't withstand the rigors of raising it and repairing so they suggested demolishing it. All the money I spent went just down the drain. I got a flood gain a month after that and it got wiped out in drying the house. We can't repair our house, so that's our loss. A lot of it was my fault. I have never been through a flood. I don't know a lot of these things or any of these things. We live in Florida now. We were trying to sell our home in Branson to be able to pay our mortgage down in Florida. We had plenty of money invested in that house to be able to pay off for the house that we bought in Florida. That's what we were trying to do when the flood came and now it's all wiped out. The guy across the street was using Paul Davis so I asked him to come across and look at my house. An adjuster even told us that they were good. They are nice people, but I think you need to establish what it's going to cost and what they are going to do. We did plan on fixing up the house and using it again, but the city said we couldn't do that. That wasn't Paul Davis's fault. I think people should be more informed. The insurance paid a lot of it. There were items that were not covered. Now I just have a tiddly little sum to demolish the house and try to rebuild it. We did have the flood insurance with the government. It's just not good enough to replace the house. The company was very nice. It was just the charges that they made, but it was probably the maximum amount that insurance would pay for what they did. They did what they were supposed to do. They did a good job for what they did. They responded quickly. They were very professional. They were pretty punctual. I have written to them again asking for a refund for the items that were not covered under the insurance policy because they kept saying everything was covered by the insurance and they weren't. That is still unresolved. I contacted with them a few days ago because we just got the settlement from the insurance company. I think I would use them again but I would be really a lot more aware of how to deal with them.
