    Lyle correctly diagnosed the problem on my Microwave, gave me a fair price estimate for repairs. I chose not to repair the device, due to age, and cost. I was only charged a $49.95 fee for diagnosis, which was more than fair. Also Lyle is very professional and knowledgeable. I've called him again today to look at my dishwasher and fully expect to have great service from him. I highly recommend the man and his company.

    Just great. Tech found a bird had gotten into the exhaust fan through the exhaust vent. The service tech Chet did a great and fast job. If all their techs are as good as Chet I would hire them for your repair work. Well done!

    Chris did an excellent job! He was prompt to set up the appointment. Was on time and diagnosed the problem. Chris ordered the needed part and returned when he said he would working with my busy schedule to repair the fridge. He did an outstanding job and was extremely friendly and communicated wel through the whole repair.

    They showed up right on time, called when they were on their way to let me know they were 10 minutes out. Got right to work on my dishwasher. The problem was simple and they fixed it right away. I mentioned that my ice maker in my refrigerator had broken over the weekend and I was going to schedule another appointment with them for that. They took a look, called in a ticket, ordered
    the part to fix it and will have it in a couple of days. They were awesome! I can't wait to have a fixed ice maker too! I highly recommend A Tech for appliance repair! I will absolutely use them if I need them in the future and will recommend them to my friends!

    Gliedt was very responsive to my request for dishwasher service.  When they could not make their first appointment, they were quick to communicate and schedule another time to come out.  Once the problem was assessed, they ordered the part and replaced it as soon as it came in.  I was very pleased with the work and the service professional.

    Needed the water dispenser in our fridge fixed, call this place. Prompt service but 2 weeks and $300 later my fridge still didn't work, called them again and Tony got it to work after 3.5 weeks... Turns our the first "tech" didn't properly install the part on the water line. They monitor these reviews and call you and ask if could change them, just an fyi...

    That was about it. They didn't pull it out and didn't do much more. I ended up hiring an electrician to do some work for another $300. I can't hold it totally against them because I am remote. I am in Arkansas and trying to have a repair done in my house down in Atlanta. It can be really tough coordinating. The price was good considering,  a service call for anybody is about that much to begin with so it is not bad.

    The service tech said the transmission was out on the washing machine, and it wouldn't cost much more to replace the machine, so we opted to do that.  He said the freezer needed a new condenser, but he wasn't certified to do that on a Sub-Zero.

    My Sub-Zero stopped cooling 11 months ago.  A-tech looked over the system and replaced the evaporator and dryer.  At a cost of $1000, they said it should run another lifetime (15-20 years).  It stopped cooling this week.  A technician from another company looked at it while he was here looking at my washing machine.  He said the condenser was pulling .2 amps, and the inside temperature was almost 65 degrees.  He said there was probably a freon leak that wasn't addressed when the condenser was replaced.  I called A-tech, and they said there was only a 90-day warranty on the previous work, and I would have to pay for another service call and labor.  There is no sense of responsibility to check out what might not have been done that should have been done on a very expensive repair.  There is also no sense of customer service.  I am very disappointed and will not use them again.

    The issue hasn’t been resolved yet, but so far it has gone well.  There is a problem and it has not been fixed.  Because it is electrical in our house, they charged nothing.  I think they have done a good a job as they could.
