    As usual they were GREAT! Matthew and Ray are the best. I have used All the right Moves several times and have referred friends to them for in state and out of state moves. They are prompt and extremely careful with everything. I am always amazed at how well they can pack a truck. There has never been anything damaged in any of the moves. I always know that I will get an experienced mover when I call them.

    They were all very nice and friendly, except one man. I thought they seemed to have a very unorganized way of loading things into the truck, especially having seen other movers load our things in the past. I could tell they were just in a really big hurry and wanted to be done. They damaged two walls in our old home that we had to repair after they left. When we arrived at our new home (about 3 hours away), there was another company there to unload us. They thought the truck had been loaded so chaotically that they assumed we had loaded it ourselves, not a professional moving company. I ended up just having to stand at the end of the truck b/c they had so many damaged items to show me before they could unload them off the truck. This is no exaggeration: there was not one single piece of furniture or appliance that was not damaged by the way it had been loaded into the truck. They didn't cover or shrink wrap any of the furniture (to keep drawers from being damaged. One piece of furniture is damaged so bad, I'm going to have to try to just give it away. Our brand new refrigerator has two big scuffed places on it and our dryer has a dent in the top. The movers at our new home said they hated to say anything negative about another company, but they were horrified at how the truck was loaded and the damage that was done to our items. I chose them b/c they had a lot of great ratings on here, but I don't know what went wrong w/our move. Maybe it was a new crew or something...I guess another thing that should have been a red flag from the beginning was when my husband called to set up the service, he felt that the man he spoke with wasn't professional. He said the man even answered the phone "Yeah?!?!" Instead of stating the business name or even saying "hello?" When he answered. I hate giving someone a bad review, but my stuff is so damaged, there's no way I could even give this company an average review. Oh, and they were an hour and 45 mins later than they'd originally told us. They did call to say they were going to take a lunch break and would be there in about an hour....but they were not there until an hour and 45 mins after that call.

    Many items were damaged during our move with this company. We called the owner several times, sent pictures via email and texts and never got a response.  We hired In and Out moving for our move out of state.  We arrived Friday to meet the movers at our house we were vacating from, took off work and everything.  Because a previous move ran over, we agreed to have the move start a day later, but was promised an additional worker and that the owner would be there a good deal of the time to oversee and help. We were promised the move absolutely would be done Sunday as planned.  We were also told that we would be given an itemized list of what was loaded and a walk thru at the end of the move.  The move was to be finished Sunday but was not finished to early Monday morning, which caused us to have to pay for a hotel room (financial and time inconvenience). When our things arrived we had several damaged items (torn upholstery, broken vases, scratched furniture some that was basically new).  There were vases that were simply put on the truck, not wrapped or boxed.  The owner (BOB), provided insufficient material for our move, hence the reason why our things were so badly damaged.  We were told that our clothes would be placed in plastic bags and packed properly only to find that they were tossed on top of furniture, balled up as if they were trash.  Sunday night we had to stay at a hotel while they finished the last of packing our things.  Well, the job must have been rushed and items just thrown on the truck and improperly packed. We took pictures and called Bob to express our discontent.  We were told to email pics.  We did this on May 20th 2014, a few text reminders were also sent to let him know we had sent the email, since we got no response.  He has ignored all contact as if we never existed.  We never received the itemized list of items packed and loaded as promised.  To add fuel to the fire, we have yet to locate any of my husband's shoes (expensive tennis shoes and nice leather dress shoes)!!!!!

    I am an interior decorator out of Bryant Ar. ,with many years experience. I have used many moving companies in the past, but two years ago was introduced to Fixed Rate Moving and Jeff. I  have since used him for 8 different jobs that required a moving company and been very pleased with each job that Fixed rate moving has done for me. Even though jeff has hundreds of moves monthly he always takes a personal interest in my business. Many of the pieces of furniture that they move for me are very expensive but I am very comfortable with fixed rate moving and would just  like to say thanks jeff

    Although the work wasn't easy, this is their profession and they struggled more than I would have expected. This caused them to take longer than estimated and they went $600 over budget and still didn't get everything moved. Very disappointed!

    They arrived at 7:30 right on time and got right on it. They took great care with protecting my furniture. They took the same care when unloading at the new address. Very professional and I highly recommend Melvin Cloud Moving CO.

    I've never hired a moving company before. So, I'm not sure if I got a deal on the price or not. I was nervous about the kind of people that would come. Would they be clean? Would they be careful with the piano and not scratch it up or damage it. But once they arrived to my house, I was immediately put at ease. It's hard to explain the feeling you get when you know someone is a professional and cares about their work. But there is nothing better in the world it seems than getting personal service. These guys genuinely cared about the piano and seemed to take their time taking extra precautions. They had the piano tightly wrapped and strapped down. They also took their time inching its way into my house without scratching my walls or damaging my floor.
