ACondor General ContractingDennis's team came out right away and gave an estimate that was lower than the others we had gotten. They started work one day later. The unit they installed was a quality 3 1/2 ton Lennox system. They did the complete install in one day, just in time before the hot weather hit! AThey were very polite, patient, and professional. They removed and replaced a 22 year old heat pump system in just a few hours. I will be hiring them again next year to replace the other old unit for the other section of my house. I would highly recommend their company. They installed an 18 SEER unit with a two stage compressor per my choice.

ACalled on 04-08-2019 and they came right out early the next morning. Service manager Ricky was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained exactly what had happened and what they would do to fix it (the expansion valve sensing bulb bracket had come loose and over time vibrated and caused a leak in the outer unit.) The repair was done quickly and the price was fair. We will most definitely call Climate Control again and will make them "our guys" for all HVAC issues in the future. Highly recommend this company!

AAmazingly, all done and working in one day, including removal of the old system. We opted for a Trane because it was rated better in Consumer Reports than the brand Jones initially recommended. Jones was happy to cooperate, which raised the price only slightly. After three months, the system is still running perfectly. The smart thermostat is easy to set and control.
