    They were fairly responsive initially getting a person out to do a site survey (within a couple days). It took about a week to hear back with a number from that survey. After asking a couple questions I haven't heard anything back despite a promise to provide the information. They must be too busy.

    I think they should have told me that they start charging from when the electrician leaves their office.      I had  pay for another 30 mins in order to get the job done.

    The day they were to be there it was raining. They called and reschedule for the next day. I was impressed we didn't have to wait another few days to be reschedule. The hot tub was installed without any problems whatsoever.

    There was a problem after service, approx 1 hour later the ac breaker blew, I reset and it tripped again 2 or 3 times.
    I called the dispatch back and they had someone out very quick. They located problem and corrected with no
    charge. I had also used this company last year at the end of August and the service was as good then, I think
    this is a company you can trust and know that they will get your problem resolved asap.

    Priced a electrical addition. I did not use them due to the higher price. I sent a request via their web site for information. I had one person contact me early the next morning and we set up a time to meet. Another person contacted me later that day and didn't know anything about the first contact and time. The person arrived about 15 to 20 minutes past when we were to meet. He was nice and knew what he was talking about, but wanted to use over-the-top products which were not in the budget. He provided a quote the next day as promised so all seemed well, but the price. Seem like nice people - just could not go over the top on what I needed done.

    I chose to hire David over two other's based on the Angie's List reviews and my very pleasant phone conversation with David.  He was on time for our initial visit and offered a fair estimate of the projects we needed.  We agreed upon the price, then set a day and time to begin.  David and Jeffery (painter) were here on time and quickly got started.  My fist concern was all the paint drips and spills on the carpet and floors, but I assumed they would certainly clean it up.  They worked hard for two and a half days.  When they finished around noon on the third day, they asked my 19 year old daughter if she could call my husband at work so they could get paid.  They waited in the garage for several hours before leaving in a huff and used profanities.  I called David and told him I would pay him the following day, but that I was not pleased with some of the work.  Here are the issued I shared with him:  paint drips and spills on carpet, floor, hand rail and ceiling (painter didn't take light switch & elecrical outlet covers off of all....he did some, but not all).....  the repairs on the tresholds didn't look right and upon further inspection, I discovered he didn't repair it - he covered up the rotted wood and painted over it.....   While doing laundry, I noticed it was very hot in the laundry room..  I discovered the drier vent was not even attached, so I pulled the drier away from wall to fix and noticed they painted around the washer and drier.  All of the painting was "amaturish" at best.... the trim wasn't done, but had paint drips and nicks all over it.....  David said the trim wasn't included in his quote.   I broght all this to David's attention and he willingly agreed to come fix everything.  He argued with me a bit about the paint drips being his at first, but finally just made it right (it was a mess.....not talking just a few small drips).  I didn't notice the threshold and laundry room issues until after I paid him the full amound.  Again, he agreed to come back over and fix things.  He told me he felt my complaints were valid and apologized.   I appreciated his willingness to make things right, but I feel the quality of work was poor.   I will now have to paint all the trim myself  Maybe the issue is David's painter....  most of the work David did himself was done well (except for the thresholds).....  He's a nice guy....  but just wish he would have done the quality work....and done it right the first time.

    The lights in my kitchen flickered then went out. The lights in my kitchen, dinning room and laundry room would not work. All the outlets and appliances worked. The lights were the only things that wouldn't work. The repairman found the problem. There was a problem with one of the wires between the breaker box and laundry room. He had to reroute wiring to get my lights working again. I was very pleased with this company. I will recommend them to everyone.

    He has done a lot of work for us in the past three years. He does very professional work. He is very good and clean. He cleans up when he is done and doesn't leave a mess. He is very busy so he is hard to get hold of. His prices are right along what others are. We would absolutely use him again.

    The work was done well, quickly, and the crew cleaned up very well afterwards. They even painted the poles on the outside of the carport making the whole look very professional and bbeautiful.
