    They kept the appointment time and completed the installation by the time they quoted. Their workmanship was top flight and has maintained the as new look for the first  year. They explained in detail how to care for the top. Dos - Go talk in person about the work you want done and they will schedule the time and how long your project will take to complete. Don't - just show up and expect to get your project done......it won't happen.

    The experience was good. Overall they did a good job. There were a few little things with the paint job but it was just minor flaws. Somebody else's insurance covered the charge of a little over $1,000.

    They did an excellent job and were very professional. There was a delay in finishing the car but it was due to the heat. I had a previous paint job done by them where they finished on time and did an excellent job. The job cost more than the estimate but they did not charge me because they did not call and tell me of the additional cost and the company that paid for the damage to my car was not going to give me the additional money to pay for it. Also, they provided me a rental car and paid for it for the additional days the job went over. They were extremely professional, nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back to them.

    It went very smoothly - they were happy to prepare a free estimate, were able to get my car scheduled for repair within a week, and completed all of the work - including paint - within a few days.

    When I first contacted the business, I inquired if they would work with Shelter Insurance company. They assured me they would handle all the communication with the insurance company. I explained to them that they would need to send photos with the estimate to the adjustor (apparently shelter doesnt send adjustors out to the body shop). They assured me this would be no problem. I provided them with email, name and phone number of my insurance adjustor. A week went by and I contacted my adjustor to see if Golden collision center had sent them the estimate and photos, they had not. I called the body shop and inquired if they had sent my insurance company the information. They assured me that it would be taken care of. Another week went by and I called my insurance company again, the body shop had not contacted them. Finally, the insurance company asked me for the name and number of the body shop. My insurance company called and obtained the information they needed. I contacted the body shop and scheduled a drop off date. I dropped the car off and the car was ready the date is was promised. When I went to pick the car up, It looked fine from a distance. Upon closer inspection, I noticed several things wrong. 1) The black seal around the window near the affected are had paint on it from not being taped appropriately. 2) The seal around the tail light (had been replaced) was not put in properly. It was very crooked and looked like it was pinched between the body and the tail light. I went to the other side of the car to compare to the old tail light. The old tail light seal was straight and did not looked pinched. 3) The pin-striping that had been replaced was poorly applied and was not straight. This was easily seen by the naked eye I notified the body shop about my observations. They apologized and said they would get this addressed right away. They asked me if I would like to wait for my vehicle. I told them I had to go to work and they could drop it off at my house when my concerns were corrected. They did this. I had to take my van back a second time to have the pinstriping re-done (a different location than before), and the inside of the van cleaned from where sticky fingerprints were left on the ceiling above the window. This was addressed quickly as well and the staff was very apologetic again. I took the van back a 3rd time when I noticed the tail light that had been replaced was still loose. Once again, they fixed the problem and were very apologetic. The overall quality of the work was satisfactory. I certainly wish they would have gotten it right the first time!!!!
