    Get-ER-Done Handyman Services

    GET-ER-DONE did an excellent job installing the dishwasher, ordering the part for the refrigerator, and completing the repair.  Eddy Higgins was on time for both the estimate and the actual job. The cost for part and services was reasonable. The install and repair were done quickly, neatly and professionally.  I would highly recommend this company to perform any type work you might need done and will definitely use again!

    Greg Laing Appliance Installation
    Greg is a "can do" sort of guy who will try to figure out how something can work, rather than why it can't. The next project I'm going to have Greg work on is adding an ice machine and trash compactor to my existing kitchen, which is going to require cutting my cabinets, I've seen other work he's done in making new appliances fit into old kitchens, and they look like they were original installations. He takes the installation for A to Z.

    Nice man, good old boy-type, the kind of person you feel safe having in your home, even a woman alone with a stranger.  Cleans up after himself nicely, puts things back where they belong....just a good repairman and the kind of person we'd enjoy having as a next-door neighbor.  He carries off dead appliances for free, using them either for spare parts or recycling, shows up when he says he'll be there, and charges fairly.  He's not out to take you for all he can.   And thank  you to the Benton Sears Appliance Store for recommending him last year.

    We had some issues with the time frame given by Lowes and was contacted by Best Home Solutions and told I had to select another time period as they were over-booked.  I was pleased with the technician that came to the house.  He promptly figured out the problem with the fridge and told me he had to order the parts.  They called a few days later and had the part in stock and was ready to perform the work.  We selected a time period and the same technician did the work.  He was punctual, called and told me when he would be here and arrived on time.  The work was done quickly and done well.  I was more impressed with the technician than the people in their office.  However, it seemed the people in the office were affected somewhat by the warranty provider.

    Danny answered his phone immediately, called back when he said he would, and came out after 6 pm to check the non-heating dryer (no extra after-hours charges).  He promised to pick up the needed part in Little Rock the next morning and would return about the same time that afternoon.  He came as promised, repaired the dryer in a timely fashion, and had the dryer up and running in less than an hour.  Our only issue was the price....he charged $35 LESS than he'd quoted the day before!  He's a genuinely nice "good old boy" who treated us like family.  We'll definitely use him again for any repairs, and thanks to Sears for recommending him.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    They were very professional and knowledgeable. When you have an issue with your appliance, they sell you a warranty and come right out. After you have the warranty if you call back it seems to take a while to get them to come out. They only have the parts to fix your appliance on their van about 50 percent of the time. If they have to order a part, it takes about a week to get the part in and them to come out and fix it.

    The person who came out was very nice. It was going to cost more to fix it than it was to repair it. So, it is still sitting in my kitchen. I haven't decided what to do yet. He charged me a small fee for coming out because he came all the way from North Little Rock to where I live. He just came out to tell me that he couldn't fix it. When I called him, he was here the next day. He was here when he said he would be. He was very professional.

    The products I installed were great. However, the whole experience was not very pleasant. There were many problems (i.e. incomplete order delivered on my floor and tremendous difficulty in getting it). Communication problems, confusion as to what should be done when, etc. My advice is, if you want something done, go directly through the company doing the work. Although, I have to say that Lowe's always did everything they could to make everything right, and they even gave me a good deal on my refrigerator for all the trouble that transpired. Also all the employees at Lowe's were extremely nice and seemed concerned. I would also like to recommend these people--Blanco for installing my quartz countertops--they were awesome! The people who installed my tile--Clay's flooring and tile. The plumbers--Beasley plumbing. The people at Lowe's--Jeff, Patrick, Laurie, Van were all great!
