    Bud Anderson Heating & Cooling
Dalton was the professional who came out. He was very professional and did a thorough job of checking the system, replaced the filters, and informed us about some other products available that might be helpful down the road. Excellent service!

    Kramer and Company Mechanical
Kramer's office called to notify us that Shawn was on his way to look over our system. He arrived in about 15 minutes and went right to work. We asked him to check the air deliver pipes in the attic and he did. We explained that the rear rooms weren't cooling as well as the front so he adjusted the unit to increase air flow to them. Shawn found a clog in the condensation line that smelled and could have caused problems in the future. He cleaned the pipes thoroughly and restructured them to be more efficient. He thoroughly cleaned the outdoor and indoor units and added some Freon. Shawn opened and outside condensation pipe, cleaned it out and added some pipes to it to make it function better. Before leaving Shawn checked the vents to make sure that we were receiving adequate circulation and he explained how we could keep the unit in top condition. He advised that after the repairs he made his next check up would be much easier and less time consuming. We were extremely impressed with Shawn and will recommend Kramer to all of our friends and neighbors.

    Your Heating & Air Guy
Perfect. My 20 year old heat pump/AC broke late Friday night. David, owner of Your Heating and Air Guy, gave up his Sat. to come and try to fix the unit. No luck, had to order new unit. David worked all day Mon. and Tues, to get new unit in and working to cool house late last night. Is coming back today to finish. He is honest, hard working and very reasonable on his pricing. I highly recommend him for all of your heat and air problems and maintenance.

    Kramer and Company Mechanical
Overall things went very well, as usual with any major project things come up that need attention and this is when you find out if you picked the right contractor, I did. Mr. Kramer himself is involved in the project and ensures complete satisfaction, it is his name on the company after all. He even arranged for the local equipment manufacturer representative to come by and discuss the installation and equipment potential. I had contacted another vendor, who advertises a lot (not Bud Anderson) for a competitive proposal and after accepting an appointment time, he never showed up for the appointment, that told me all I needed to know.

    Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric
Casey was very helpful in providing several options at different price points. The install Team did an exceptional job with the install and made sure we had the correct ratio of return air vs output. Im very particular and they met my expectations.

    Kramer and Company Mechanical
Received the exact equipment that was specified in their bid and installation went according to schedule. Just one minor issue was found in wiring the new control board but that was quickly corrected. Very impressed with their integrity as well as there technical ability. I had bids from 9 different companies and Kramer was the only one that didn't play games with their quote. Their price was the best price I received and there was no haggling required or hidden extras. Also, their factory warranty was the best of all: 10 years parts and labor included. All I can say is stay away from the big name companies, they have high overhead and their prices reflect it and they play lots of tricks to get you to spend thousands more than needed.

    Bud Anderson Heating & Cooling
On 3/13 I had a representative from Bud Anderson come inspect my 19 year old Carrier heat pump system in order to quote me a new system. After his review and analysis, he proposed a 4 ton system from Daikin, but without replacing the failing 2 zone thermostat, as he felt the zoning controls were too complex for Daikin equipment to be compatible. I told him I wasnt at all familiar with Daikin and wondered if they could supply Carrier instead, to which he said they sure could, as well as most other name brands. The next day I told him I wasnt comfortable with Daikin and not changing out my t-stat and gave him new Carrier heat pump/air handler model numbers I would like to use instead, as well as the existing Carrier t-stat model number so it could be replaced too. I was thrilled when he got back to me to let me know he had confirmed with his manager that the Carrier equipment and t-stat I asked for could be provided and installed and at the same price he had given me for the Daikin system. The thrill was short lived; however, as his manager called me a few hours later to essentially contradict everything the sales rep had told me. He said that Bud Anderson cant provide Carrier equipment and that a new Carrier thermostat would be compatible with the Daikin system. At this point I was becoming alarmed with what was transpiring and was beginning to doubt the expertise, trustworthiness, and credibility of Bud Anderson and what I might end up with. I said I would consider the Daikin system as long as they provide full specs of all items so I could verify exactly what I would be getting. The manager promised this would be emailed to me by the end of the day, but I didnt hear back from anyone until the next morning when the sales rep emailed me suggesting we sit down and go over financing and get the project started with the Daikin equipment. I was totally floored at this response and reiterated to him that I would not do anything until I received the requested information. Here is a portion of my reply: If your company can go forward without any further missteps, Im still open to considering your offer. The information I need would be spec sheets on the heat pump, the air handler, the replacement Carrier thermostat (exact model number) to be provided as well as the details on warranties provided on all items by Daikin as well as those provided by your company (1 yr 100% satisfaction, workmanship, 1 year no lemons). Also, Id like specs on the duct work and the equipment pad. After sending that email to Bud Anderson, I never heard from them again! Seems they cant take the heat when someone tries to pin them down to specifics. That is a huge red flag when dealing in equipment that is extremely technical and with many similar sounding models that dont actually meet the same performance standards you might be expecting. I know I will never consider using them on anything in the future, but you can draw your own conclusions if this is a reputable company you would want to deal with.

One Call Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration
He installed a cheap York air handler charged me $3,100 it has broken down every other day since he put it in he refuses to come out and fix it without charging me when he's the one that installed it incorrectly that's just plain ridiculous I have another estimate to come fix it and it's going to cost me $750 just to fix what he screwed up also when I got the estimate to fix it the other HVAC company told me that they wouldn't have charged me more than $1,200 to put that system in that I got ripped off never ever ever hire this guy

    Bud Anderson Heating & Cooling
Bud Anderson has a terrible reputation for targeting the elderly. My own parents were victims. They purchased a "service contract" against my advice. On the last service call of the contract, I told my parents that they would likely damage the unit forcing an expensive repair or total replacement. Holes were poked in the unit rendering a previously working unit totally destroyed. They were given a bid for replacement.
