    I had used Bob Morey's a couple of times a few years ago for small repairs, and had no major complaints. I don't know if they have changed management or what has happened, but I would definitely NOT recommend this repair shop. My 2013 Rav4 was T-boned on the driver side. I took my vehicle to Morey's for the repair. They finished their work within a few of days of the projected date. However, the job was not complete. There were several door gaskets missing, wiring harnesses for the power windows and door locks were not placed properly and had to be redone, there were scratches on the window moldings that were not there when I left the car, and the technicians had gotten dirty, grimy hand prints all in the interior of my car. My car was still like new inside and there were even dirty hand prints on the cloth roof/headliner inside my car. I could not believe they would be so careless with my car! I noticed increased road noise after the repair that was not there before. Then someone pointed out that the two doors that had been replaced were note flush with the side of the car like the doors on the passenger side. The doors were not sealing well and allowed more noise. Eventually (after 3 trips back to the repair shop) all of the gaskets were replaced and wiring harnesses corrected. On my 4th trip to show them the situation with the doors that did not fit properly, I was told to bring it back a 4th time. I ended up trading my car for a 2015 version as it did not seem that I would ever get Morey's to make proper repairs. Each of the 3 times that I had to leave my car for more repairs, I had to borrow a car from a friend to go to work and also had to take time off work to drop off and pick up my vehicle. The were paid $8000! I should not have had to return the car 4 times for corrections that should have had been taken care of initially. The person we dealt with was Phillip. He was pleasant, but a pleasant personality does not get the work done. Doing the job right the first time gets the job done! If you do not want to spend a lot of time returning your car for getting the work completed, I would suggest you look for a different auto body repair shop!

    When we arrived for our appointment ,we realized there would be a much longer wait than we anticipated due to the nature of the repairs. We were provided a van to use to return home and come back when the repairs were finished. We had received another estimate with a much higher cost at a different repair facility. Brown's helped us find an alternate solution at a very reasonable cost, while still maintaining quality work. We would definitely use this company again.

    Prior to starting, spent time with me to be sure I understood the work that was to be done.  Made one mistake in needed parts (actually ordered one they didn't need) but insurance company caught it and the correct parts were apparently there and ready to use at the time of the appointment.  Didn't really commit to a time that work would be complete, but met the expectations of the insurance company with respect to time.  Works looks like new.  Only time will tell how it holds up.  I didn't get other price bids, but their price seemed to be in line with the insurance company's expectations.

    Exterior of fender was fully restored to pre-accident condition. The underside of fender had a loose support which was tightened. However the support came loose after a few weeks. I returned and the support was fully secured with no waiting by the manager with no additional charge.

    I used their services a couple of months ago. They replaced a rack and pinion steering, they replaced breaks and they replaced an electronic part to my air-conditioning. I am extremely pleased with their work. They were prompt. They were fair. Their service was excellent.

    When I walked in to get an estimate I was greeted with friendly professionalism. I explained what I needed, we walked out and he looked at my car, we returned to his desk and he proceeded to ask me questions (that I wasn't asked from the previous place I received an estimate from). He gave me a way to save money if I'd like and he also made me aware that he couldn't be sure until he got inside the car, but that there were different things that could have been. Even with all of this his quote was 1/2 as much as the previous one I had gotten. I scheduled the appointment, and asked him if he would please order the part (in case it needed to be replaced) knowing my luck I knew it would most likely need it. He was very kind and said alright, ordered it while I was sitting there. He said it would be here the next day. I dropped my car off and went to work. They found out it needed the part, however the part didn't make it. Not their fault. We rescheduled again for two days later (as I needed the car for a field trip the next day). He was so apologetic, I was not upset, things happen out of our control, no problem. He felt so bad he ordered 2 for the following day from different places. I wasn't charged extra. The car was done before 11am the day i dropped it on a Friday no less. They will be thefirst I go to if ever needed again. I will recommend them anytime. Great people to work with. Did what they said they would and within the time allotted and price was great.

    My first visit to set up the appointment for the work was much faster than I imagined. In less than 10 minutes I had my appointment. They work with Enterprise rentals and my rental car was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Was told it would be about 3 days until my car would be ready. It was done in one and a half. My car looks wonderful! Not only was it washed on the outside which is to be expected when body work is done, they also cleaned the inside. A nice extra!
