    Dr. Joseph PArker

He is also the director of the emergency room of the Ash Down, Arkansas hospital. He has advised me on books to read and exercise. He told me if I did not walk everyday that he would be able to tell at the next visit so he is not one of those doctors who just writes out prescriptions and sends me on my way. He really wants to see me be pro-active and make things better for myself and get off the medications. He is very kind and offers more information than any other doctor I have ever had. It is always in and out with every other doctor other than my primary care physician. He is very good and is the best doctor I have ever been to. There is one lady in particular that is horrible. The rest are very kind, but I always end up having to deal with this one lady.

    Serc Physical Therapy
I highly recommend Trevor Davidson. I am receiving physical therapy for bulging and herniated discs in my neck. I have been suffering from chronic headaches for a few years. With Trevor's treatment, I have noticed a significant reduction in the length and severity of my headaches. He is a knowledgeable, helpful and caring physical therapist. He takes the time to learn about and connect with his patients. If I need to receive physical therapy again in the future, I will definitely return to Trevor.

    Birth Center Nwa
The first visit was pleasant. The normal routine blood work was drawn, etc. The thing I noticed what that the midwife did not use gloves when drawing blood. As a medical professional myself, I was a little shocked. The second appointment I was seen by a midwife in training. She was pushing me to do genetic testing. She said that if my child had problems that there "was still time." I was rather put off by that. I had not seen the trainee after that appointment. I mentioned it to another staff member. The office manager was very pushy about payment, after I was towards the end of my second trimester. Come to find out the office manager had lied to me about taking my insurance and wanted $500.00 on the spot and the total of $6,000.00 before the delivery of my child. I would then have to file a claim with my insurance company after the delivery for reimbursement. I was shocked. It is a large sum of money to expect someone to pay up front in three and a half months. The office manager then started calling me and harassing me on the phone. I was working things out with my insurer.  The time came for the routine diabetes challenge test. They gave me a one hour non fasting test. When I didn't pass, they administered the same test, even though it made me violently ill the first time. I failed again. They didn't follow ADA guide lines, for testing. They labeled me with GDB, and handed me off to a Dr that I did not know. The hand off was very quick, and late in my pregnancy. So late, that when I wanted to find a Dr on my own that no one would take me as a client so late in my pregnancy. All in all, I would not recommend this facility to anyone for their prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care. I also would not recommend this facility for well woman care either.

    Reddell Family Chiropractic
When I started with Reddel Family Chiropractic, I had a torn ligament at the knee. I had no care for pain pills. I kept getting worse and my goal, 2 years ago, was to go mall shopping without any pain and visit a local attraction without having to stop short. Everything has been wonderful since. I have not had any prescriptions and I am now doing ball room dancing. I started going to them 3 times a week, but now I go every other week. He is a Page Of Happiness type of provider.

    ABC HAPPY KIDS LEARNING CTR
I cannot say enough good things about this center. We started taking our son there in July 2007 at age 9 weeks. His sister started when she was 6 months old and has been there for 4 years now. Every day for 7 years I have trusted this center with my children and it has only gotten better. Yes, there has been staff turnover. And yes, we've had our issues. However, I believe that would be the case no matter where we took our kids. It's the nature of letting someone else take care of your children.
The current director has been in place (as of this writing) for close to 2 years and has made amazing improvements around the center. She has high expectations for the center, for the employees and for the kids in the center and it shows. The staff is the best it has been in 7 years and turnover is nothing like it was in the past.
My daughter began her time at ABC Happy Kids with many, many medical issues and was considered a 'medically fragile' child. I never once worried that she was not in the best place and that everyone in that building knew exactly what it took to take care of her. The communication levels are amazing and they care for my kids like their own.
They do have rules for the good of all kids in the center- and all kids/parents in the center are expected to follow them. They are clearly lined out in the handbook. Anywhere you go, there will be issues. If you do not know that and cannot accept it, then you should re-think childcare all together.
I would highly recommend ABC Happy Kids to anyone looking for quality, loving care in the Bentonville area.

    Massage Envy

The last time I went was Saturday. They are consistent about calling you, offering additional services so you can get trials. They have products such as biofreeze for sale. They offer all sorts of therapy including geriatrics. I would let you know that it is a membership. It's a year contract and then its month to month. They do deep tissue therapy, they are awesome. You get a certain amount of trust with a therapist, and then you have a different therapist next time, and so you might not be as relaxed, but overall, they are good.

    Ozark Ortho/Sprts Medcn Clin
After arriving 15-20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and present insurance card(s), etc., I was checked in, taken back to have x-rays of my right hip taken. There was some wait time, but nothing extraordinarily long. It is necessary to wear the and quot;no-size-fits-anyoneand quot; shorts they provide! The technician was professional, friendly, conversational. Following that, Dr. Grammer spent time reviewing the x-rays with me, asking questions, physically examining my right hip and leg and reflexes. The diagnosis was given (bursitis of the right hip) and physical therapy sessions prescribed (3x/week for six weeks). I appreciated the explanation and diagram of the hip and the affecting condition. Dr. Grammer was of course professional.......I was comfortable with his manner. There are a number of doctors in the clinic at the Horsebarn Road location in Rogers, and though I was not familiar with Dr. Grammer's name (and have not checked to see how and quot;newand quot; he is at the clinic) I was very pleased with the visit. For physical therapy I was presented with a list of a number of services and locations in the area and no coercion to choose any one over another. If I need to followup after the PT I will return to Dr. Grammer.

    Robert Tomlinson MD
First saw him about 10yrs. ago with a shoulder problem. With shots and phy. therapy I was 100% afterwards. This time was for my knee pain. after an MRI he suggested surgery. He was so nice and explained every detail to me, even showed and explained my MRI. The day of surgery he even came and talked to me for awhile. That almost never happens and I've had a lot of surgeries. His description of the surgery was spot on. Very confident of his ability and such a warm and nice person. Even the phy therapy with Kevin afterwards at his office was a joy. Well some pain, but he was very nice also. They took care of all the insurance so all I had to do was show up. I'll only have him work on my shoulders and knees if they need it. I have one more post op visit left and will miss seeing him, he really listens to me and doesn't just walk in and out like a lot of Drs. I have do. and he's right next door to my GP which is handy. Thanks Dr. Tomlinson, Charlene Kullback

The entire experience was a total disaster.   These people have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.  In fact,  I would say their customer service is non-existent.    They sent me a kit.   I collected a saliva sample and waited six weeks for a genealogy report.    After waiting six weeks I was told they put on their site they could not review my sample.   They had two boxes two push.   One requesting a refund and another to get another kit.   Conveniently,   the box requesting a refund had been disabled.    Finallly,  they sent me another kit.   I got another sample and took it to the post office.   I carried it inside and handed it to the man working at the desk.    The box said clearly that the sample could be tracked.   On their site they said the sample could be tracked.    Two weeks later they say they have not received the sample.    I have tried to contact them over and over but they make it almost impossible to find or contact them.    I challenge you to go to their site and find a phone number or an address.   I also challenge you to find an email address.   THESE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.    After experiencing so much trouble I got on the internet and read they had recently had trouble losing samples and sending people the wrong report.   I tried to cancel but you can imagine how that went.   I contacted my credit card and they seemed much more supportive.   If you want genetic testing I would recommend you go to Ancestry.com because from my point of view this is the worst run business I have ever come in contact with.
