My experiences with these other companies include workers who were late, who rushed through jobs, and who I could not communicate with due to language barriers. Very frustrating! I needed all of my carpets cleaned and one carpet stretched. He did an excellent job in every room and my carpets look great. Forget about the budget carpet cleaners. ADesert Rose Carpet CleaningFor water extraction they were available when needed and did a great job. Contact person was good at explaining what was needed and the cost. They removed the baseboards carefully & let me save them for reuse & placed fans where needed. They were very professional and got the entire job done as efficiently as possible over 4 days. AI love having Molly Maid clean my house. It's a bit of a cost commitment every month, but it has made so much difference in my life to not have to keep up with the house cleaning on top of a full time+ job. Best of all, they are never in my way because they come to the house while I'm at work and when I get home - tada! - it is like magic elves left me a clean, sparkling home.
I've never had trouble rescheduling a cleaning if needed. The office is always responsive and accommodating. We had an issue once where the maids missed cleaning a bathroom (the door sticks and they thought it was locked). All it took was a quick phone call and they came out the next day to make it right. Billing is easy also in that they email me the invoices and you can either leave a check for the maids to pick up or mail it in to the office.
I'm very pleased with the service and highly recommend it.

AThey called to say they were on their way and were right on time. The sofas came cleaner than I expected. They took the rugs with them to clean and hang to dry. They brought them back a couple of days later. The two young men were very polite and through.

DThe work looked good, job was completed on time. My Mom passed away right afterwards, and I found the unpaid bill in a pile of papers. I contacted them immediately to settle up the bill, which was fine, as they understood the circumstances - she died before she could pay it. I was informed shortly after that they filed a lien on her house for the balance on the day of our phone call. If I hadn't phoned to tell them and made arrangements, they never would've known and probably just sent bills or reported to credit. Because they found out she died, they went straight for the lien. I found that to be a bit dodgy and underhanded, especially since they filed it immediately after hanging up with me, and couldn't even wait a single day for the mail to arrive.

FI had a water heater that was leaking and water was in the crawl space and areas of carpet. They came to my house in the afternoon on the 6th of Feb. A male representative said that they would be back on the 14th (Thursday) with blowers (if needed) and remove half of the carpet/pad which was wet. They never showed or called. I have now scheduled another firm to take care of my problem.
