  • Very rude! They would not do an alignment on my car because I got my tires from some place else that was cheaper. They first said yea they would do it then when i started giving my information to them the guy asked me why I thought I needed an alignment and I said because it shakes and he proceeded to tell me that my tires might be off balance and i said I just got them balanced. He then asked me where so u told him and he asked why they didn't do the alignment and I said they were booked up. He then told me he didn't have time. Will not be doing business with them ever and I suggest no body else does either

  • Every morning I would get up and my tire would be low.  I stopped in to see if they could help me.  Immediately took my car to the shop, put it on the rack, took the tire off and found there was a nail in my tire.  They removed the nail, repaired the hole, and balanced the tires on the front end.  This was all done in less than an hour.

  • I pulled into parking lot. Service tech was on the spot to greet me. Looked at the problem and quickly went about taking the tire off and repairing it. Did not have to wait long for the tire to be ready and put back on. Friendly service. I will be going back for future tire needs.

  • Great. Ordered parts one afternoon and installed them next morning. Repairs completely fixed problems. Mechanic also looked at other minor issues with the car and provided advice free of charge. Entire staff was friendly and courteous.

  • Like I said Ken was great! Unfortunantly the day I had an appointment, Mark Martin and his wife came in to the dealership to get her a new Kia. Ken had to run off I'm assuming to help the Martin's and pawned me off on this kid named Brandon. I was okay with that, but still thought it was kind of tacky to do that to me. Anyway, Brandon took me to one of the negotiating rooms and we started talking about financing/application, etc. . . I told him I was already pre-approved so he jumped right into the negotiating. We agreed on the price of the new car and started talking about my trade in. It was $1000. lower than what I anticipated and told Brandon if they could get me a Red Soul and give me $500. more for my trade that I would buy the new car. Well, he went away and came back some time later, kindly flung this peice of paper with the numbers written down on it and I said. "You guys can do anything you want with these numbers can't ya". It didn't quite look right to me, but he assured me that they had given me the $500 extra that I'd asked for and told me the car would be ready for me to come pick it up the next day by Noon. (They did have to pick it up in Oklahoma City, OK), so I said okay and went home. The next day Ken called and asked me if I could come down and get the paper work done before Noon, I agreed and went down there. I parked and gathered up all the stuff from my truck expecting to put it in the new car. Ken met me in the front of the Kia Dealership and I asked him where to car was. He said its not here yet. Well I was kind of shocked and disapointed and turned to go put the stuff in my arms back in my old truck. Ken said he was sorry and went back into the dealership. I went and got him and said lets just go do the paper work. So I don't think Brandon told Ken what he had told me about delivery. We had to go to the Main Ford Dealership which was just across the parking lot so I could "visit" with the financial man, Mark Harris. So I get in there and Mark says, So what kind of price did ya'll talk about? Which kindly freaked me out and I asked him if he didn't have a copy of Brandon's sheet of paper with the numbers on it. He said NO. . . . and then shuffled threw the folder and looked in the computor. He must have found something because he printed it out with a whole lot of other forms. As I'm looking down the list of numbers I noticed that the trade-in amount was ONLY $400 not the $500. dollars that Brandon and I discussed and he ASSURED ME that it WAS $500 more the day before when I said I would buy the new car! I told Mark what Brandon and I discussed about the trade in price, etc. . . . . I realize that it's only $100, but it was the principal for one thing, I felt like Brandon LIED to me about it, plus $100 is a $100! Mark got on the phone and paged some one else and explained breifly what was going on and that person agreed to the extra $100. What did they think? I was just going to let that slide? I think that's why when you mention "Salesmen" in general people just cringe.
    At any rate. . . . I liked Ken alot, Did not care for Brandon or Mark H because of the way I was treated. I Love My New

    Soul and they did go and retrieve it from Ok City! I still have to take it to Mark Martin Kia Service for my 1st Free oil change @ 3000 miles and that will be my first contact with them.

  • It took about 2 weeks for him to get around to my truck, luckily I had a friend who could loan me her extra vehicle. (I think he was busy with other vehicles or waiting on parts, I'm not sure) When I got it back it to work great. Several months later I noticed a "hiccup" when the truck would shft from 1st to 2nd gear so I went back to the shop and talked to the owner about it. He agreed and went on a ride with me up and down Harrison Street and stated that the Dodge's just tend to do that when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. (I should have asked him to drive it as I rode along).
    Then this year (2013) I thought the trans was acting up. . . . truck would not go, so I called him and he had me tow it in to the shop. Apparently somehow the 4WD got activated . . . . , but in my opinion it should have still worked. I really think the gear shifter was in between gears because I noticed after that if I was not careful thats what happened. Anyway, he took time out of his schedule to look over the trans and assured me there was nothing wrong with it, which made me feel ALOT better, and it is still working great!
    All and all they are a very nice group of folks and I enjoyed working with them.

  • Well, they said they hadn't done any thing wrong. They tried to fix it and couldn't. Times are hard and they need the money. I needed to take my car to someone else. And I couldn't do anything about it.

  • They did great on the motor mounts. They had to order the parts, but they were there by early the next morning and the car was done before 10am. I was disappointed though, that they did not check the noise coming from the back. They even told me they test drove it and everything was good. The minute I started driving down the road, the noise returned. My dad helped me figure out that two of my lug nuts were loose and the wheel was actually vibrating. Had they actually checked it, It would've been an easy fix (and they could have charged me for it!). Other than that, they were decently priced and completely professional. The shop is clean and not as scary as some I've been in.

  • He knew exactly what it was. I've been using him for about 12 years. He is good at what he does and has decent prices. He does what he says he will and gets to your vehicle when he says he will. I will definitely use him again.
