    My husband had to spend a week in the hospital and Dr. Biton came in on his day off to check on my husband. He really did go out of his way to make sure he was ok. We have been using his practice for a couple of months now. The friendliness of the staff was wonderful. They were so kind and we enjoyed the conversations. They go above and beyond to help us. I was impressed with their facility and this was after we had actually been to three or four different other doctors in the area that could not figure out what was wrong with my husband. He is taking my husband seriously and he has figured out what is wrong with him. They have done a really good job when someone else could not find the problem and I am grateful.

    I was scheduled for the appointment by my primary care doctor.  Before the appointment, Dr. Mason's office called and reviewed my information.  They then sent a packet of information for me to complete before my appointment, I was also told to be prepared to bring a payment of approximately $100.  When I arrived at the office, the receptionist took my packet and scanned my drivers license and insurance card.  She then took my payment and gave me a few more forms to complete.  My wait time to be brought to the back was about 30 minutes.  The nurse who took me back to an exam room was very nice.  She asked appropriate questions and opened the disk with the MRI scans so the doctor could review them with me.  Dr. Mason came in about 10 minutes later.  He reviewed my scans and the accompanying reports and pointed out to me on the scans the locations of concern.  He then explained my treatment options.  He recommended a plan of physical therapy and steroid injections to treat the pain first.  If those were not helpful, then surgery would be an option.  He then wrote a script for physical therapy and said that I could take it to anyone in my area whom I preferred.  Next he had his nurse schedule a follow up visit and a surgery date just in case we needed that option because his surgeries were already booked for the next several weeks.  Then his nurse gave me the information for the epidural steroid injections and proceeded to contact that doctor's office to set up that procedure.  The doctor and staff were very polite and helpful.  I liked that he reviewed my scans with me and showed me what concerned him then explained to me why.  I liked that the nurse helped me schedule my appointments and pre-scheduled the surgery so that if I needed it, I would not have to wait too long.  Fortunately the treatments have worked and we have cancelled the surgery appointment.

    Doctor has the worse bedside manner, that either of us have ever seen. Every time the doctor asked a question, and my husband went to answer, the doctor would interrupt and tell us he only wants a and quot;yesand quot; or and quot;noand quot; answer. Needless to say, we left there both in agreement that we would never go back to this guy!

    My Neurologist was unsure and felt  a second opinion would help. After I had the hospital send the 4 MRIs and my neurologist send the paper work they "never got either one"  My neurologist had to send them 4 times before they finally got them.  The hospital had to send the disc for MRI's 2x. Then finally I was told the doctor looked at them and suggested an university. They are suppose to be MS experts but he didn't even bother so see me to rule I needed to go elsewhere. I do not want to have MS but a second opinion of  what he saw on the MRI's not a pat answer would have helped. I am no closer to understanding what is happening to me and i  would never recommend them to anyone.
