    Family Eyecare Center, P.C.
They were excellent and I really like them. They stood by their products and if I had problems with my glasses, no questions, I bring them and sit in there and if something wrong with the lens they give me some other lens and if something wrong with the frame they give another frame. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely go back to them if I have to. I bought glasses from them and one lens had got scratch and they replaced it for free and when other lens scratched too, they replaced that for free. They ordered another frame for free and basically they replaced all glasses and they don't mind at all. I paid a lot more with my insurance but they are really nice. It costs me $350 and that was with my insurance. I have no complaints with them at all. I called them up and said I had a lens scratch and they asked which one it was and I told them and two days later they told me to come and take the lens.

    Yoos, Dr. William L.
We have used a couple of other eye clinics. Everybody in my family except for myself has eye glasses. We have been extremely happy with Dr. Yoos's office. It's actually a good drive. It's probably 15 miles. We actually drive past several other eye doctors to get there. There are lots of other choices but we continue to stay with them because we are happy with the service and with the staff. Their prices are very good. Dr. Yoos, the eye doctor, is very nice. He has a very good memory. He remembers you from last year and asks questions. They are a little bit interested in you, so it's not like you come in, give your money, and get out of the office. They are available. They are actually very flexible. I have had to cancel the day of an appointment and they have got me in as quickly as they could. The office is small. It's not a real fancy office, but it's clean and well organized. It's a small office, but it's very nice. They do a pretty good job on punctuality, but it's a small office and they have several patients out there. You might have to be willing to wait. Their communication has gotten better. They now have web access to make appointments and to look up your records.

    Irby, Dr. Jarrell D.
He is a personal friend. He goes to same church we do. So he always responds if we have a problem. We have always got it done when my wife and I have had problems with the eye. When I have been to him, it has always been a great experience. I had four Aunts and at that time, all four of them were working as his secretaries on a daily basis. So, it is all family. I got new glasses from him two years ago and they have been fine so I haven't been back.

    Canfield, Dr. Lori J.
Our visit went well deciding to leave my current lenses alone to see if my right eye cleared up with the blurriness I was experiencing. I have a disease that will cause blurriness in my eyes at times and they are slow to focus. Although I am still experiencing the problem, I will be going back and having my lens updated. This may seem to be a problem, however with Dr. Canfield, she will work with me until this is resolved. It is caused by a combination of factors that make it very much out of the ordinary - cataracts, fibromyalgia, and eyes that do not focus very quickly for distance. She understands my opinion and feelings regarding my vision and is willing to make different suggestions on approaches to resolving the issue. She is a gentle, conservative doctor, and has a wonderful disposition as well.

Cataract remaining the same, no growth. Thorough exam, including digital photos of pin-point bleed in one eye.

    South Arkansas Eye Clinic
Diseased eye and quot;flared upand quot; during an especially stressful time. Dr. Christian and Dr. Kinslow went above and beyond in treating the disease, including seeing us on weekends and calling to check on us. Eventually they referred us to Dr. Robinson, a corneal specialist in Little Rock for surgery to alleviate the problem. The surgery was successful and South Arkansas Eye Clinics' follow up treatment was, as usual, excellent. The staff from the receptionist to nurses to technicians to billing are all friendly and go above and beyond to assist the patients.

I have used the Sneed Eye Care Clinic for about 10 years now, and they have always provided a great service and they also fit prescription eye glasses.  My whole family goes there also.  The staff is always courteous and friendly and willing to take care of any of the patient's needs.  They provide a great service and Jim is their eye glass technician.  He always goes above and beyond customer service for you.
