It was a great deal as buying any car could be, Cliff at Cliffs auto barn is a great guy and very reasonable. No pressure sales just take your time, he let us have the truck for the day before we even bought it to see if we even liked it. All of Cliffs cars are very low mileage and pretty clean. If you do find something wrong he has it fixed at no charge to you. We have bought 2 cars from him and will buy more for sure.

I regularly go to Magness for service and have never been disappointed. I come in on time for my appointment and before I have finished a cup of their coffee, my Toyota Solara is ready to take me back to Branson. Randy and his service department staff are always very courteous. I bought my car in Texas, but will definitely go to Magness when I am ready to buy another car. They always go over my car carefully and make recommendations when upcoming service may be needed.

They worked with me while I was pregnant and not able to make a payment. They kept me in a grace period until I was able to start paying again.

I chose them because my father had bought a pickup from them, and so had my uncle. They always got good service, and they have been giving us good service also. I bought a Dodge because it was the right price, it was back in 2008, and they were giving a lifetime warranty on the motor and drive train. That was one of the biggest factors, and my wife liked the particular color of the Caliber she got, and that made a difference. I am certain that I got the best price I could get anywhere. It was actually twenty some thousand dollars, but I got it for eighteen thousand dollars. I was a fans club member, and I didn't realize it but fans club members get a good discount on vehicles.

We do a lot of our own auto work. Orielly staff is always very helpful at making sure we get exactly what we need. In this case we were repairing some spark plug wiring and they were able to help us obtain everything I needed. Also and maybe most importantly they do not look down on me because I am female.

My vehicle has a Ford external transmission fluid filter. Mine had a small leak so I paid to have a fill pan drop transmission service with filter and external filter replacement. Inside of 6-months the filter was again leaking. The Triton engines are notorious for "spitting plugs" from the aluminum heads if the plugs aren't replaced and torqued properly. Hence going to the Ford dealership to get them done. After all, who knows Ford vehicles and the associated TSB better?! Well, guess what, truck spit a plug after less than 12,000 miles. Coolant and fuel filter services seem to have been fine. The service writer was very professional, cost while high is average for Ford dealers in this area. Work was completed as promised. Very disappointed. I will not use this dealerships service department again.

Around 1:00 pm on Wednesday,  April 15, 2015, my husband and I were at the point of accepting their price counter-offer when the salesman (Austin) told us for the first time about a $98 "administrative fee".  We told him we needed to think about it since we were not anticipating the additional charge and we had already come up on price to meet their counter-offer.  He contacted both my husband and I multiple times later that day to see if we were going to buy.  That afternoon I noticed that I did not have my wallet.  We searched our vehicles and our house.  When I still couldn't find it by the next morning, my husband drove back to the dealership at 9:30 am to look for it.  The sales staff was in a meeting, but the secretary found it in the salesperson's desk.  Later that day the salesman called to see if we wanted to buy the car.  We let him know that we were no longer interested.  Any person who would knowingly keep a wallet that was clearly identifiable is not someone I want to do business with, much less someone who contacted me multiple times while having my wallet yet failed to mention it to me in numerous text and phone conversations. I did not post this review right away, because we wanted to speak to the salesperson's supervisor before we posted a poor review of the dealership.  However, my husband talked to the sales manager, Chuck, today and Chuck defended every action that the salesman took (actually didn't take!) in the incident with my wallet.  He also said he knew that the salesperson had my wallet at 6:00 pm on Wednesday although the salesperson told us that the salesperson hadn't found it until Thursday morning.  He also acknowledged that salespeople are trained to not reveal the "administrative fee" to customers upfront.  He said they shouldn't wait until papers are being signed, but that the "administrative fee" might make customers not want to shop with them, so salespeople shouldn't reveal the existence of the fee upfront.

I stopped in to ask about a truck I seen on the lot and the salesman came out and told me a little about the truck I was checking out. I was looking at 1996 Chevy Z 71 pick up. I had a 1997 Chevy Tahoe that I was looking to trade. After some negotiation we made the deal. During the conversation before we made the deal I said specifically, " I don't want to make the deal if the transmission will go out in two months." Long story short, I traded on 8-29-12 and the transmission went out 9-28-12. Come to find out from the mechanic, "this truck is not a reliable source of transportation." Granted I knew it was an old used vehicle, but the salesman told me the transmission was good. I will NEVER trust David Davis auto sales again!!
