It was a very good experience. They used a new flatbed, everyone was very courteous, professional and very quick in response and service.

They don't do salvage vehicles so they referred me to another company that was able to do the work. I only had to pay them a fee for storage for keeping the truck at their facility until it could be picked up. My insurance company paid it. They were very professional and kept in touch with me. They set up all the towing and had the guy come out to my house. I was worried about the vehicle sitting outside because it was very damaged so they put it inside.

    Tow & Go
When Tow & Go finally appeared, I realized I had a professional tire repair service.  They came with proper equipment, professional attitude, and an ability to get the job done. This was Thanksgiving eve and yet I never felt that Bobby rushed or care about anything other than making sure I had a safe tire and would be able to get home OK. I would not hesitate to use these people again if I had a breakdown in the Montgomery AL area.

    Big Blue Towing
Service was great.  John took care in getting the truck ready to tow, made sure it was safely secure and off we went.  We followed him back to Auburn, where he again unloaded the truck with the same care.  He told us what we needed to do as far as the dealership and leaving the keys and vehicle. etc.

pMy car broke down and had to be towed to the repair shop. My auto insurance called its contracted towing company and that company's driver told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait. When I called Pritchett at the advice of my auto repair guy, they said they were on another tow, but they would be there within one hour. Not forty five minutes later, Pritchett's tow truck appeared without my having to clarify ANY directions for them on how to get to my home. The young man was very courteous and informative as well as professional. He was very careful with my van and was able to give me a receipt right on the spot. Oh, and I was able to pay for the towing with a check! FYI, he knows every single owner of every single repair shop in the Jacksonville/Anniston area.

Simpson's showed up very quickly and the tow driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Our car insurance fit the bill so I'm not sure of the actual price. When I went to clean out my car, the ladies in the office were friendly, and a someone even came out and helped me get the license plate off the back of my car. They went above and beyond and made something good out of what could have been a very unpleasant experience.

I locked my keys in my car twice in one day. Both times they came, pleasant, and non -judgmental.

They are just too high. Nobody can afford them. My son also took my husband's truck there though I don't remember what it was for, but the price was just too much. They were slow in responding. I went there to have my oil change and they didn't tell me I had an oil leak. Usually when you go for oil changes, they would say they can't change your oil because you have an oil leak. They didn't tell me I had an oil leak until I took my car on a trip and I found out that I had a major oil leak. The man said my car has been leaking for a while because my oil was all over my motor. I just didn't go back to them anymore. They give me a checklist of what's good and what I need to get redone, and they checked no oil leak. How could they do that? That was not good because that locked up the motor in my car and I was out of a car. It was just too expensive for me. It was $32 for an oil change and they didn't tell me about an oil leak so that was a bit much. They will price them the way they want to price them. What can we do about it. Their quality is not very good.

Agreed on one price and once service was provide he changed the rate and threated to tow to his storage lot if I didn't pay his new price. Had to call  the local police. Had to pay more money. Shady people, I should have known when he called over and over to make sure I told the state trooper I had him as my tow company.

    Chelsea Wrecker Service
Terrible. Worst company. Never there. Not professional at all. Held my property for no good reason. Refused to allow me to get my baby pictures and w2s and birth certificate out of the trunk. Told me to go back to Missouri. Extremely rude. If they werent being legal crooks I would sue but the state of Alabama allows them to hold my property. The wreck was not my fault I didn't ask for them to take my car or I wouldn't of had my baby pictures in it. They treated me like a criminal
