    Kircher, Dr. Susann
She goes above and beyond. Personally, I went there when I was very sick and no doctor was helping me. She dug right in and got to the bottom of things. She even went out of her specialty and referred me to the proper physicians. She basically became my primary care physician.

    Kircher, Dr. Susann
She was able to diagnose me when several other allergists couldn't. She was very thorough and listened to what I was saying, which some doctors don't. Actually, she went deeper with her tests and things to make sure that she found whatever was wrong. She did not just stop with the first cursory test. Her availability is good; I just called and got an appointment. I never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes. She has a beautiful office which is run very well. The staff is very friendly and wonderful. In fact, I had paid for some medical tests that she did. Later on, one of her office staff called to inform me about my insurance being paid in and they were going to send me a refund, so I was impressed with that; to get a refund out of a doctor takes forever. I would use her in the future.

    Joseph Larussa MD
He is a very conscientious doctor. He does a good job. Also, he asked everything that is happening in our environment to determine what kind of things you need in your allergy shot. I would even drive a long way just to see him because I have been so happy with him.

.She is great. She goes above and beyond and makes sure to get to the answer. When she wasn't entirely sure she sent me to a specialist who found the spot on my lung. She was very  caring and no matter what she wouldn't allow me to give up she kept pushing me on and it worked. She is awesome.

Extremely professional office and medical staff.  We rarely have to wait for more than 30 minutes to see the doctor. The waiting room is clean and parking is free.  My son plays basketball, so we often get the exam room with a basketball net and ball.  Dr. LaRussa practices medicine the correct way.  He listens carefully, exams, and teaches the patient about how to get the most out of treatment.  I have never felt rushed and always feel welcome to call if there are questions between visits.

He is awesome. I have been going to him for a very long time. He is very personable. He is the type of doctor who listens to what you have to say.He doesn't rush you in and out and he makes sure that you understand how to use your medication. He is a really good person. There is minimal waiting in his office. They will check on you to make sure everything is okay if you do have to wait at all.

He is very personable. He is extremely concerned about all his patients. He doesn't just like sees any people in there as he can, you have individual time with him to discuss all of things that you need to discuss without feeling like you're being rushed; some doctors are in and out in less than five minutes. He is not that way, he will sit down and talk to you about whatever you want to talk about. My appointment with him one-on-one is anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. When I had lost my hearing, I had to go in pretty regular there to have injections in the area near eardrum. The procedure was done in the office, and he was very concerned about that. He was very aggressive in the way he does his medications, and had I not gone to him the very next day when this happened, I probably today would still have a total hearing loss that ear because a lot of doctors would not do that procedure so he sees everything. Regarding availability, he will make time for you if you're really sick. If you're a long-term patient, he will call you, take history like sinus infections and stuff like that and what your response, and he will treat you over the phone if you can't see him. He does completely differently than other ENT doctors do. Whatever you respond to is how he treats you. He will tell you "if this doesn't in X number of days, I wanna see you back in my office and will put you on something else." He is very mindful of making sure that you're okay. We don't get a bill from him. Everything is always cheaper because we have copay when we go in. We pay our copay and we don't get a bill or anything. Everything is always straight. We will see him as long as he is practicing.

The doctor was professional. I didn't have to wait for three hours like I have at some other places. Highly recommended.
