    Anniston Door was the service company sent out to take care of my problem. They had to replace the motor in my garage door. Seems to be working great now. Installers were very perfessional and friendly. I would recommend them!!

    Within 1 hour after making a claim, a technician called and set up an appointment at my convenience. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. The company sent out bt Choice is one that enjoys one of the best reputations in Bay County. I am very please with the plan and the service.

    They sent me a new technician and I think he's alright. I'll have to see, but it'll be a while before they get the part in that I need. The first guy that they sent was nothing. He never did show up. He kept promising and never did. The second guy that showed up came out here and collected my fee, but when I called him back, but kept getting his mailbox, which was full. So, I called Choice and they called him and he answered immediately. But he never did answer when I called. Finally, when I called Choice again, they said that they would just send me another technician. This has been the biggest problem that I've had with them so far. Most of them are contractors that work from their home. The last person who came out works for a company. I think he'll be alright. I didn't have to pay a service charge or anything when he came out. The company said that they would take care of it. They were really cordial about it. They apologized and everything for the people who didn't show up. Hopefully they'll get rid of the people who didn't do what they were contracted to do.

    Bumpy Ride is a good title! The first service technicians assigned to the job, made 3 separate appointments and didn't show for any of them. They never even communicated with me , letting me know that they would be late or weren't coming period. After talking with Choice Home Warranty for several hours/days they were able to find another service technician who came out and fixed my air conditioning in less than 30 minutes. He did an outstanding job communicating with me on arrival time and fixing the problem. It took 4 days to get my air conditioning working but that's not Choice Home Warranty's fault. It was the original Company, whom is no longer employed with CHW.

    We have been with them for the past year since we purchased our house. They have done everything they promised in the warranty. We pay the warranty yearly which covers everything in our house including appliances, electrical, plumbing, hvac and roofing. Their service has been very good.

    The service is wonderful. It is nice to not have to come up with am emergency fund. I just pay a little a month. They send a certified crew to come out to fix the problem that we have. They provide an excellent service. If I do have an emergency on the weekend, I normally would have to wait until Monday; but that is normal with most services.

    After requesting a service call to repair my garbage disposal, I waited almost 2 weeks before CHW finally told me just to find my own repair person. I called them almost every day during that time frame and was told repeatedly "they were working on it" and would have an answer for me by the end of that day. Because the problem was causing my kitchen sink not to drain properly I finally purchased a disposal myself and had a neighbor who is a contractor install it. I faxed the receipts to CHW and now awaiting payment... we'll see how this part goes...  So far, not impressed!
