DMichaels Tree ServiceMichael's did not show up on the first day promised, nor the day after and did not call to reschedule. I called them to reschedule and left a voice message -- twice. Finally, someone called and said someone would be out to do the work in the afternoon on 15 or 16 March 2013. I told them that would be fine. No one showed up on the 16th, and no one called. It's now been nearly two weeks since the first on-site visit by Michael's, and there is still no work done. Nor has anyone representing Michael's contacted me about the work since the one about the 15th/16th. All of the communications/contact with Michael's have been cordial, courteous and business-like.
