APerfect Service Heating & AirPerfect Service people are awesome. I have had a contract with them since 2011. They come twice a year to service my heating system and air condition system. They are here for 2 hours, not just a 15 min check. I have never had any problem with my systems because of them. I highly urge anyone to call them and get under contract with them. Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AThe ETS Restorations team are miracle workers. We worked with an online design firm to produce an amazing design, but it was just a computer rendering without building specs. They took a pretty complex design (included fencing, a shed, paving, custom wood planter boxes) of our front yard and back yard and turned it into reality. Better yet, they did it in two weeks to get it done before a party we were hosting at our house, and right on budget. The head guy Charles came out and was really thoughtful. (He does design work himself on most jobs) Came up with great ideas (ie picking stone, designing the shed, lighting, irrigation, etc) and also improved the design. Then delivered a quote that he stuck to. The craftsmanship was top notch and the guys take pride in their work which really matters vs other home renovations where the key pieces are usually bought and just installed vs custom. Highly recommend them.
