BReady Moving & CleaningHe would have gotten an A if he was on time but things came up and he showed up a little late. I was surprised to see one person and honestly didn't think he would be able to do my entire house alone but I was wrong. He did a great job and was very professional. FReady Moving & CleaningI claimed a deal on 10 July to have a move out carpet cleaning and after the contractor called me minutes later, we set a date for completion on 29 July at 10am. By 1030am on the 29th with no call/no show I called the contractor. He stated that it didn’t show up in his calendar and that he was at another job but could get to me at 2pm. He texted after the call to confirm the address and I did and re-affirm the house size that we talked about on 10 July. My final walk though is Friday morning and I was just texted by the contractor to go with someone else. This is unacceptable and a horribly run business. This has left me most likely out of luck due to time with hiring a new contractor (without paying an arm and a leg) to get the work complete before my final walk through.- Michael H.

APEACHES N CLEANThey are an area-wide business. They have been in business a long time. I have used them for years; they are excellent. I highly recommend them. I don't know anything about the owners or any of that, but they are fantastic. Thay are in several locations and they have a pink truck with a picture of an elephant on it. Their main area office is located in Montgomery and they page out to local offices. I use them all the time. You will think a carpet is trashed and they can go in there and spend an hour on it and it almost looks brand new. They are awesome. If you ever have an opportunity to use them personally, do it. I think it is $95 for an unoccupied unit and $75 to clean a traffic area.- Pinehurst V.

DI paid 3500 for a new pine privacy fence. I was putting a sealer on it, and the fence gate was blown shut by wind and broke the latch. I took a look at the latch and realized how extremely cheap it was. I called the contractor to ask for a replacement, to which he told me it wasn’t cheap and that it couldn’t have been wind that broke it. I found a better, sturdier, latch at Lowe’s for 25 bucks and installed it myself. Disappointed that I paid a premium price but didn’t receive great service. Would not recommend.
