ASkyline constructionhe done a great job. The floor had rotted out under tile. I have a background in civil engineering and a "jackleg" carpenter, but at my age this project was to much for me to take on. When a sister came to visit she was afraid of failing through! I called Brian, got a quote and he started the next day. This sort of project is the hardest any contractor can take on . He completed it in a day and a half and a at fair price. APrime ManagementPrime Management completed our kitchen remodel a few weeks ago, and we love it! We had to wait several months for the start of the project, but once they began work, everything moved very quickly. The project stayed on schedule the whole time, even with some additional repair work we requested along the way. Matt did high quality work, communicated well, and managed all of the subcontractors very effectively. APrime ManagementWe wanted to remodel our two guest bathrooms and change the backslash in our kitchen. We were nervous to work with a general contractor, but Matt and his team were amazing to work with! We made an appointment to get an estimate and Matt was honest about the cost, amount of time it would take and gave us his recommendations for the project. We changed our minds a lot throughout the whole process, but Matt was so patient with us. He was always available to answer our calls and questions. He kept us informed throughout the whole project. There were some unforeseen issues that came up, but Matt and his team handled them as quickly and as efficiently as possible. APrime ManagementPrime Management were very professional and did an excellent job with my bathroom remodel. I was very impressed with the outcome. They had a few issues to overcome and came up with creative solutions to resolve them without overcharging. They are easy to communicate with and the workers are very friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. The company owner ( Matt ) may look young but he definitely have the experience and qualifications. Prime Management helped me with every aspect of design from the planning to the shopping. APrime ManagementInitially I was going to do a kitchen remodel through Home Depot but after some feedback from friends I decided to go with Prime Management.Turned out to be a really good choice as they did an excellent job in my kitchen, did NOT leave a huge mess for me to clean up and got the job done in-and-out in a very timely manner (which I can always appreciate!). Good selection of sample materials to choose from and upfront about the costs. Big perk too is that you get to support a family-owned business which I love to do whenever I can. APrime ManagementWe used Prime Management for our 94 square-foot master bathroom addition. We chose them after doing much research trying to find a construction company we felt comfortable with and was not going to low ball us to get the job. We worked with Matt and he was straight forward from the start all the way through the end of the job. He communicated through the entire project and made sure we were happy throughout it all. Our bathroom came out just how we imagined it and we are so thankful we chose to work with Matt. AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). FI found McMunn on Angie's List. I called and Roger and Josh came to our house and we discussed a bathroom remodel and replacing the roof. Their bathroom estimate was the lowest and felt confident for them to do the work. The bathroom cost a little over $10,000 and the roof a little over $10,000. There were some delays for the roof because of weather. The bathroom remodel took longer than estimated. There was a problem with the toilet leaking a few months after the work. I called Josh and he had the plumbers come over and fix the problem. They left the toilet without caulking and placed these little pieces to level the toilet. It looked terrible. A while later I noticed another small leak. I called Josh before the holidays and he explained that they were very busy and I agreed to wait until after the holidays to have the plumbers look at the toilet. No phone call after January. Josh's mailbox was full, Roger's mailbox was full. I emailed. Roger said that "they are changing phone services" and will have Josh call. Josh promised that he would call the next Monday. February 11, still no phone call. Josh's mailbox is full. I called Roger and he answered his phone and again said that "they are changing phone services" and he would have Josh call. Today, February 17, still no phone call. Thank you Roger and Josh for taking over $20,000 from retirees and not honoring your guaranty. We will look for another plumber and contractor for the additional work that needs to be done.
