Once I received my Versa Lift, Chris came out and installed it in an extremely timely manner. The work performed was exactly what I had hoped for. AMorgan Drywall & PaintingDavid showed up on scheduled time to provide detailed estimate (in writing) including materials. He was able to work within a few days of project turn on. David arrived on scheduled time and went over the contract to make sure the work estimated was what was being planned. He prepared the room for popcorn removal by placing plastic on all the floors and walls. He cleaned up after himself each day. He worked by himself. He was friendly and courteous. He was nice to my barking dogs. He communicated effectively when he was running late (e.g. when he had a flat tire). He used quality paint and materials. He is skilled at his job (over 35 years in the business). He is a veteran. He is conscientious and pays attention to detail. He provided me with ideas on the rest of my project (installing faux beams). He did a terrific job on my house. He made sure I was happy with the job overall. AA Family Affair Drywall & Painting CompanyI had an excellent experience with Brian and Faith at A Family Affair Painting and Drywall Company. I first had them paint my new house (1600 sq. ft) after they quoted a very reasonable rate compared to the other painters I interviewed. Brian did beautiful and efficient painting work. I was so pleased with how that turned out that I decided to have them do a full repaint of my old house (walls and trim, 1400 sq ft.) They were also able to quote me for some trim repair and ceiling repair. Throughout the process I came up with a dozen other small additions: exterior pressure washing, painting exterior doors, painting mirrors and ceilings, fixing loose tiles, etc. Family Affair was incredibly flexible and willing to add in these extras at fair prices. Their willingness to deal with an extra 50 emails and questions from me saved me from having to find other contractors and made my project better and faster. I will absolutely use them again in the future.- James L.

AExcellent service. Anthony was on time to do the estimate, his price was more than reasonable compared to other quotes. He and his crew showed up on time, or would text if there were any changes. Always kept me appraised of the status as he worked in my projects between other jobs so it was done quickly. The shutters needed quite a lot of repair. When rehanging them, he noticed a small defect on one and said it wasn't up to his standards so he took it back to the shop to redo it. I was amazed someone took that much care. Would definitely use again.
