6/30/19 I gave them my money (approx half of total estimate) over a month ago. No work has been done and they won't give my money back ($3300.00). The 2 salesmen that came out initially were very nice but after they left there was some confusion about what was to be done. I had given the check which they agreed to "hold" but deposited it anyway. Bookkeeper would not return my calls. I did get a call from Jeff Kennedy in an attempt to regain my confidence and smooth things over. He was very nice at first but became disrespectful as the conversation moved along raising his voice and interrupting me. I felt bullied. I am a female senior citizen and feel that I'm being taken advantage of. It has been over a month since they deposited my check, no work has been done and it looks like I'm going to have to take legal action to get my money back. Do not use them or trust them!

Nick & his team were professional, courteous, punctual ,professional, work done completely better then I ever imagined. The work was explained in full & made easy to understand by Nick .I had several estimates they were not the lowest but Im so happy I choose them . They called every-time to make sure my dogs were not in yard as I requested. They kept my yard clean every day . I would highly recommend they do fantastic work.I would gladly show my crawlspace to anyone interested in hiring them.

Jason was very professional and worked very diligently to ensure my basement remodel was completed in our short timeframe. He provided the most detailed work estimate in the shortest amount of time from all the estimates I received. I highly recommend Complete Restoration Services.

Took them several weeks to get us scheduled then the weather delayed that. Due to mechanical issues it took a little longer than planned to complete the job. Overall I would recommend them. Price is very good and they know their work.

Overall the job looks fantastic - there is one small area that Brian (Hess) still needs to fix - once that area is fixed this job will be an easy A.  (For now I've listed it as a B.)

The pour went very well.  I was asked several times about various aspects of the job - for clarification.  The team always made sure I was happy with the progress and the way things were going.  The pour took about three or four days.  The team was very helpful.  They answered all my questions.

There is one low spot on the driveway.  Brian has been out to the house two or three times.  We spoke at great length on how to fix the low spot.  Brian came up with two or three plans.  I am very hopeful that he will be able to fix the problem.

I will update this post as work is performed.

I travel for work so I gave them a key to my home so they could come in while I was gone to complete the job. I checked in with them a couple of times and learned the job was not done. In May I asked for my key back so I didn't have to change the locks. They responded they would drop it off Mon. or Tues. of the following week. By Fri. of that week, I asked if they were still planning on giving me my key back. Ben said he had spoken with the owner and if I could wait until the end of May, they would finish the job at no cost.  They had done a previous, big job for me in 2014 that I was happy with, so I thought I'd let them make it up and finish it. That saved me from finding someone else.  They didn't come.  I checked in with them asking if they had completed the work as they had promised and they said no but they would take care of it. I asked when, and they never answered.  Who does that? Just stops part way through a job and doesn't communicate with their customer or do what they say they are going to do. Who asks for a second chance to 'make it up' and then blows the customer off?  Obviously this company does.  It is now Aug. and I have contacted another company I also found on Angie's list who will hopefully get the job done.

Before making some flooring improvements to my house, I contacted Don Kennedy and Sons Structural Solutions to take a look at our foundation.  They were able to send someone out very quickly.  He told us that our foundation was in good shape and did not need any improvements.   He provided us with details that led to his conclusion that the house was well built.  I appreciate that he did not try to sell us on something that we did not need.  Our experience with this company was very positive and while we didn't have any work performed, I recommend them for an estimate or evaluation of your structure.

    Crawlspace Doctor
The Crawlspace Doctor performed all of the work per the contract. Because my crawlspace was quite irregular, I opted to have them hand level the space which require a full day to complete. The encapsulation procedure is extremely labor intensive. Their crew worked very hard for four days to complete the task. They were supervised most all of the time by the owner or his partner. All of the debris was quickly hauled to the dump.
Encapsulation certainly isn't cheap to have this done but you definitely get what you pay for. I had several quotes and their price was pretty much in the middle of the range.  I them based upon their practical approach to the job, their experience and they use a single crew supervised by the owner.
After completion of the job the owner took me through the crawlspace to explain everything that was done. The workmanship was very impressive.
Since the encapsulation, the musty smells are gone. It has been quite a revelation to me. I am not particularly allergic to anything but my wife and daughter are an they've been sneezing a whole lot less.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.  We started the work on our house with this company in March of 2011.  It continued on for almost two years.  The company representative we originally spoke with became impossible to contact.  He wouldn't return calls for nearly six months, and it took calls to the home office to get him to do anything.  When they added the floor supports and began to level the floors, a giant lump appeared in our library floor.  We were told not to worry about it, that it would settle over time.  Once it became apparent that wouldn't happen, we had to call repeatedly to get the representative to come out and address our issues.  The addition of more supports and adjusting the level didn't do anything to the lump in our floor, which is now permanent.  Finally, we made contact with the president of the company, who came to our house to see what had been done.  All of this work had been done without permits, which we were told by the original representative we wouldn't need.  That, in hindsight, should have been our first clue this was going to be a nightmare project.  The president viewed our house, came up with a plan, wrote it down, and left my husband and I to decide our next course of action.  Unfortunately, the company president passed away, and the drawing he'd made for us and taken with him was now nowhere to be found.  The fall of 2012 came and we had made plans with the company to come fix what had become a year plus long project.  We made them apply for permits, which they assured us they had, and the showed up to work on the house.  They showed up without any kind of drawing, instead asking me where the supports were supposed to go and what was supposed to be done.  They disregarded my request to wait on cutting two new holes through the foundation walls for two additional automatic vent fans.  I ended up firing them that day, after a lengthy and intense discussion with their scheduling secretary and the new representative I was dealing with.  A few months later, in early 2013, I received a phone call from our city's permit office asking if anyone was going to pick up the paperwork that had been lingering there since the fall of 2012.  When the city employee found out I was the homeowner, she asked if the company had done any work on the house.  When I said yes, they had, she told me the permits the company had assured me they had, had in fact been denied because there was no drawing detailing the work to be done.  I ended up with copies of the denied paperwork, and eventually called the company to demand my money back.  My husband and I ended up having to contract with a second company to fix everything that had gone wrong, plus the original issue.  After meeting with representatives of the first company, I was able to get a refund of $2500.  They made that incredibly difficult, requiring my husband and myself to sign a waiver before they would release the check.  My husband had taken a job out of state, and it took us an extra week to get his signature.  They then delayed further on delivering the check, saying they'd be at our house by a certain date, and then calling the day of to say they couldn't make it.  We eventually got our refund, they got their signed waiver, and they removed their jacks from the garage where we'd been storing them.  That was another part of the deal to get our money back; we had to return any materials the second company had removed in order to make the job right.  This was a horrible experience that took too long to settle.

Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.
