AAct One CleaningI found Act One Cleaning on Angie’s list. We decided to have our very dirty carpets cleaned on our new home rather than replace them hoping to stretch them out a year before replacing them. Steve made it clear from our initial phone call that he was not interested in up-selling and only interested in cleaning my carpets and ensuring that we had the best customer service experience possible in the process. Steve arrived on time and was extremely organized. He put up a plastic barrier on the front door so that heat wouldn’t escape while he worked and blankets under his equipment to protect our floors that weren’t carpeted. He used several techniques to remove stubborn stains and spent several hours throughly cleaning our carpets. I was thrilled with the results. The carpets look nearly new and there’s no need to be thinking of replacing them. Steve is a rarity in the service industry. He truly cares about getting great results and that you’re happy with the outcome. I will be hiring Steve to clean some upholstered furniture for me and he will be the only person I have clean my carpets. I highly recommend Act One and he does travel to Huntsville from Gadsden so don’t let the company address stop you from calling him.- Tammie H.

When I came to the house after the cleaning my mind was blown at the difference, who knew we actually had white base boards! ADouble N ServicesI highly recommend this company! Especially if you have berber carpet!! Their cleaning products & technique worked so well, I was amazed with the end result!! I really couldn't make up my mind based on reviews from 2 companies, this one & another one (something Givens). So I decided to try both, Double N for part of the house & Covens for the rest. Wow, I'm so glad i did! The service & experience was absolutely day and night. Norman was incredible! He worked on spots that I thought would never come clean no matter what, but he got them out. The carpet was completely dry within 20-24hrs. Looks brand new-amazing! The Givens cleaning experience was a complete 180 degree change. Look at their post if you want to know what happened with them. Other posts raved about the fact that they give you shoe covers- (you'll need them as you slosh around your soaked carpet) if you choose them. If you're like me and on the fence, as to who to choose. Choose Double N!! These days you really have to look hard to find people with the work ethic that Norman has. He was on punctual, professional, courteous, thorough, and a very hard worker. I recommend asking for him. I cannot stress enough on how happy I am with Double N Carpet Cleaning Co!! Also, they give you 1 year of repeat cleaning at a huge discount (virtually nothing) . ATS SOLUTIONSMy carpets in 2 bedrooms, a staircase and small hallway looked so bad I was afraid that I would have to have them replaced! Tristian did an excellent job, I am totally blown away how they came back to life and look new! During the job I got a call from my boss to come back to the office to "put out a fire". I felt very comfortable leaving the house with Tristian, I wrote him a check for the cleaning and just asked him to lock up when he was finished! (BTW, I never let people at my house without me being there) I highly recommend TS to everyone, he told me the price over the phone and stuck to it! (Many other companies told me on price just to get in the door and then before they start the cost doubles with all other additional costs!)- Nicholas G.

ATS SOLUTIONSExcellent! Very impressed. Tristan was very punctual and professional. He cleaned our 2 stained carpets and stairway. We have 2 puppies and a cat. We had urine, stool and vomit. He got them all out! Our carpet has never looked this good! We were going to tear it up! He came out a month ago and the stains didn’t come back like they have in the past. Oh and the scotch guard is a must! So happy he added it. The dogs got loose and tracked dirt and mud in my living room. It was very easy to clean. Thanks Tristan!!!- Tiffany H.
