    Funk Family Construction (FFC)
This family business did an incredible job on updating our master bathroom. Not only did they start and finish the job right away, but the quality and pride they have in their work is something that I have found rare in the past. On completion day it was everything I asked for and more! Charles, the owner, cut no corners and was still able to make this affordable for us. Very reasonably priced. This was a job that included tearing down all walls and starting from scratch. They installed Sheetrock, tub walls, lighting, new hardware for tub, sink, and shower. Also did new flooring, added GFIs, exhaust fan, painted, added crown molding, and installed new vanity. I will be using FFC for some more jobs very soon.

    Power & HVAC Solutions
I had HVAC power solution from ocean springs replace my outside and inside AC unit. and had them replace my hot water heater when it failed. I spent approximately $6.500 in total. I tried to be a loyal customer to this company. I really am not one to complain or write reviews and maybe I just caught this company at bad times each and every time I called but my overall experience has not been good. Their online reviews look good and Charlie the tech or owner seems to be a nice guy, but in spite of that this has been my experience with them. Perhaps it will help someone else. Initially the AC install went well and things were fine until last year, On a very hot day the sheetrock on my bedroom ceiling was soaked with 10-15 gallons of water when the AC pan in the attic flooded. About 10-15 gallons spilled over the rim of the pan and dripped through the ceiling and down the wall and spread across the floor. A huge mess that destroyed some important documents and photos. I immediately called HVAC power solutions but they said that they were to busy to come out to address my emergency. I had to call another company. The company that came out found the problems HVAC power solutions made. The failure and water was caused by a faulty pan switch that this company used, and the fact that Charlie the tech/owner, cut the secondary AC drain line and never hooked it back up after he did the install. Even though, he promised to come back and do this, he never did. They never installed a PVC T valve that would allow the line to be cleared in the event that the line was ever clogged. This all directly contributed to the damage that happened to my home. When HVAC power solutions did come out, Charlie seen all the damage and assured my that they would come out and replace the sheet rock. Numerous calls and texts trying to schedule the repair failed because they were too busy. This went on for many months. In fact, my bedroom ceiling is still unrepaired and I had to have another company repair the hot water heater relief valve they installed. Please be aware that even if you save some money on install using HVAC power solutions , know that if you have a serious problem afterwards, you are pretty much on your own. When you call about your problem, your concerns will be noted by whom ever answers their business phone, but nothing ever gets done about it. . I called, I text to no avail. If you use this company, be sure to get everything they promise you in writing, including that they will repair any damage that they cause. Get at least 3 quotes before you get their quote. When they quoted me on my hot water heater replacement , it was 1,500 cash or 1,800 if I used a check or credit card. This is ridiculous pricing. I told Charlie I had already been quoted by two other companies at 1,100 total. He did match their price but if I had not got the other quotes, HVAC power solutions would have charged me 700 dollars more than their competitors. 3 days after the install, water began leaking from the hot water tank relief valve. At this point I have pretty much lost trust in this company and I am not chasing behind HVAC power solutions to keep their promise and do the right thing. The saying " CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER" and "SERICE AFTER THE SALE" still hold true today. Pay a little more for a company that takes care of their customers and keeps their promises. Ray Nelson

    Cain Electric, Inc
My contractor (I would not recommend) used Cain Electric. We had a bathroom added upstairs that they had to wire and requested 3 security lights added to the corners of our home. During the bathroom process one of my kitchen outlets stopped working and my Jacuzzi tub. They insisted it had nothing to do with them. However both worked perfectly prior to their work. I put my foot down with my contractor and was able to get those things correct with no additional charge. However, they did want to charge me. And insisted it had nothing to do with them. Both problems happen after they had done work. We also had electrical probmlems with the new bathroom, however, that was all then so they could not blame that on anything else. We had asked then to add 3 security lights outside. They only installed 2, however the invoice had a charge for 3. And they did not work properly. Not yo mention we had all the switches changed to flat switches and several of those had no plates. I think this company creates problems so they can charge you for fixing that as well. Also, they are not on angies list, but I would not use Watt Construction either. That was my contractor.

The electricians were very professional, did a great job and were very polite.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful and considerate.  I am very pleased and will use them for my future electrical needs.

Steve is awesome! Very knowledgeable and identified problems we didn't even know about! Very lucky for us as unaddressed electrical issues can be dangerous! Master Electrical Services has done work for many of my friends who feel the same way - I recommend him to everyone I know.

    Winkler Electric Inc
He was friendly the first time he came over, more business the second time. He completed the job and lights looks nice. He offered to clean up Sheetrock mess but had been here 4 hours instead of the hour to hour and a half he said it would take. Said one of his trucks was in the shop so he had to stop and run to Lowes at least once and somewhere else to get tools. I cleaned up mess. He said it would be $250 for job and 1 1/2 hours max. 4 hours later he handed me a bill for $638.90. I feel like I paid for time running back and forth for tools. I even had electrical plate cover here for him.

    Franklin Electric
He came out and provided a card with license number, what he specializes in, and stating that he was bonded and insured. He was there to get a job done properly and he did in a very professional and friendly manner. I will only use him in the future and suggest anyone else do the same.

    Cain Electric, Inc
He came to re-do the fuse box and the can as well, since it was totally blown inside. I didn't know that this worker wasn?t licensed - he wasn't not even a certified journeyman - when he did this. About a week later, I noticed that the dryer wouldn?t come on, and Sears checked it out and found that there was no electricity to the special dryer outlet. I called Cain Electric back.

The owner, Michael Cain, was really rude - right after I paid the bill, naturally. He said that it wasn?t their problem and I?d have to pay to fix to the dryer outlet. If it happened to be their problem, he said, they would pay for it. I?d already had problems dealing with him. He said, ?Well, there are lots of electricians out there. You can look in the phone book. They start at A.?

He also said, ?Now, you listen to me,? and I said, ?Wait a minute, I thought I was the customer.? I decided to hire another company to check it out.

The other company sent a licensed worker out who found that the electricity hadn't been properly routed to the dryer. They hadn?t put in all the breakers properly either. The licensed and bonded electrician fixed everything. I called Michael Cain back and said, ?You don?t seem concerned that your worker did something wrong.?

?No, I?m not," he replied. I asked why not.

"You didn't give me a chance to fix it," he said.

"You told me it would cost more money!" I told him.

"I did not!" he said, which is a lie. This guy just lies and lies and lies. He has his money - what's the point of being like this? Just do it properly. I paid up-front, too. He doesn't take credit cards, either, so I had to write a check. I would have preferred the recourse you have by paying with a credit card.

I attempted to call him one last time. The woman I?ve spoken to in the office has been very professional and nice, though. She's the only reason that I've continued to speak with them. In true Michael Cain fashion, he hung up on me - I couldn't even count how many times he's done that. There's just no talking to him. This has been a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anybody.

I have tried one more time to try and get this resolved before taking this somewhere else.  He is now saying it is my fault because we moved the dryer. He said evidently the dryer had not been working prior to his guys doing the work and that the move of the dryer is what had to of caused no electricity for the dryer outlet. Now that he has his money, so he does not truly care about his customers.

    Winkler Electric Inc
Mr. Winkler himself responded to a late night call because of power dimming and going out in parts of the house. He was prompt and courteous. He quickly determined that the problem was in the power line not the house. He called the power company and they came and temporarily fixed the problem then returned later and repaired it correctly..
Mr. Winkler's crew came after the power company completed their work and spend most of a day bringing the system up to code.
