    Sherrill Co LLC
The Sherrill Company (Paula & Tom) was extremely proactive, efficient, and professional.  Paula reviewed my goals during our initial phone consultation while Tom assessed the property to align a solution.  A professional proposal with a visual and cost was provided to me.  The solution was well developed with cost savings in mind.  Once I provided approval, the job was completed within about 2 days.  At the end of the job, Paula sent pictures of the overall lighting solution (day and night pictures were included).  The Sherrill Company has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to doing business with them again.  They've added value to my property and the residents have thanked me over and over again.  The Sherrill Company is top notch!!!!

It went well. I was satisfied. They were very professional and trustworthy. You didn't have to watch them. They took almost 2 days to finish in that they were thorough and wouldn't leave until eveything was working properly. Oh! They gave a free estimate which I benefited from immediately because the gentleman would not walk away from anything unsafe that he saw. How decent is that?!!! But, because he was going to have to send a couple guys to crawl through my attic and underneath the house to evaluate all the work that I wanted done, I was charged a $100.00 for a second estimate. That was probably very fair considering how much I wanted him to address but it was the first time I ever experienced that practice. Nevertheless, when I realized too late that I had asked him to put in a receptacle for the dryer but hadn't noticed it wasn't on the estimate, they didn't nickle and dime me. They just did it and stuck with the same $1400 charge. I supposed it was because he was honest and fair. I was glad I hadn't nickled and dimed him about the estimate that cost $100.

    Premier HomePro
I am writing this to assist others who are new to home remodeling and contractor selection.  I hope you find this helpful in your decision-making. Premier HomePro remodeled my outdated kitchen recently, and they were able to transition my home from a 1970s retro-tacky harvest embarrassment to a gorgeous up-to-date space WITHIN the confines of my budget ? no small feat. When I began planning for the project, I had (as instructed by company president Alan Stevens before our first visit) gathered pictures and images of my dream design, and I had gone to home improvement stores to find samples of finishes I wanted to use.  I?ll admit I had champagne tastes nurtured by the HGTV sites I had been scouring!  Upon our first meeting, however, Alan did something that won his company my business ? he was able to give me an estimated cost ON THE SPOT, he helped me fine-tune my budget explaining the costs of all aspects of the project, then he showed me how to stay WITHIN my budget while still achieving the look and feel I wanted!  He kindly and respectfully educated me on the process of construction as no other contractors had taken the time to do.  The people I had met with before Alan either didn?t show up or never got back to me with a bid, or they tried to convince me to exceed my budget before we even started.  Alan and Premier HomePro were different.  Now I will say this ? Alan doesn?t pull punches or sugarcoat things, and I could see the Marine Corps training behind his upfront approach (I?m a former military officer), but that training clearly is what keeps his crews on track and professional.  All the guys knew their jobs and were efficient, careful of my things, respectful, polite, and even nice to my dogs!  They seemed to realize how disruptive a kitchen makeover could be so they put one of my old cabinets and piece of countertop in the family room to make me a temporary station for my microwave and coffeemaker!  A small gesture, I know, but characteristic of their attention to my needs.  Mauricio, the project manager, was perhaps one of the calmest, nicest people I?ve met and was a great counterbalance to Alan?s no nonsense approach - I think they?ve got the good cop/bad cop thing perfected! The project moved along quickly and probably would have finished exactly on time, but one of the fixtures I wanted was discontinued so we had to re-order something different which took a little extra time. The kitchen, when finished, was beautiful and looked really high-end!  My friends thought I had stuck with my expensive tastes and blew out my budget!  That made me very happy and proud to have guests for dinner once again where the main topic of conversation will NO LONGER be my Brady Bunch kitchen.  As Alan said at our first meeting, ?We?re not the cheapest guys, and we?re not the most expensive either, but we?re the RIGHT guys!? I know that this is true, and I?ve learned through discussions with friends who?ve either tried to go cheap (with non-licensed people) or friends who didn?t work with someone who respected their budgets, that I made the best investment.

    My Right Hand Man
Can't remember all of the costs of these projects, but the owner frequently sends out $50 off coupons, first-hour work free coupons - also see in circulars, newspaper - have always been pretty happy with the cost of the work. It's pricey to have someone come out and do this stuff, but they don't mess around - the work is done in a timely fashion. It has always been done well, to our level of satisfaction. Have never had to have to call back for complaint. Have never had issue with not showing up at appointment time or time slot. We've given Right Hand Man a lot of our work, because, as much as I like to tinker around with fix-it projects, I would rather see it done right. It has definitely been worth the money.

    SOUTHERN PAINTING
I am a real estate investor and have used many different contractors through the years.  None compare to Southern Homes Enhancements.  Patrick and his employees were very professional and punctual. They made the entire project hassal-free for me.  The craftsmanship of Southern Home Enhancement's work is top-notch and of highest quality. Prices/Quotes were in writing and reasonable.  I plan to use Southern Home Enhancement's for all my future remodeling/painting projects.

    G & W ELECTRIC INC
I thought that the price was rather high.  But I was not sure what others would have charged for the job.  The quality of work was fine.  He did exactly what he said he would do.  He was prompt.  I was not there when he did the job.  I am sure he was nice.

    The Ultimate Handyman
Nathan was prompt and on time for giving the estimate and doing the work.  He didn't give me a written estimate(which I prefer), but he did do what was verbally agreed to.  He called me with any questions or any suggestions during the work.  He suggested adding a couple more downspouts on my gutters which was needed.  The painting and repair was done nicely and they cleaned up when finished.  Nathan even mounted some new outside lights without charge.
