AKeith The Plumber LLCTrust me, just call them and be done calling folks! I called them about 3pm as I saw water flowing through my yard. They asked if I had water, to which I told them no that I had cut it off. I told them I could make it until morning if needed and they asked to call me back, had already heard this from several places but no one called back for several hours later....within 30 minutes I not only had a call back, but it was worked out to have someone here that day! Then, not only did they fixed the leak at hand...they tested the pressure and found a faulty pressure regulator to be the culprit and fixed the root of the problem for me. I cannot say enough great stuff about their honesty, professionalism and work ethic for treating customers like they would want to be treated!- Jessica C.

AMyers Landscape and Tree ServiceExcellent folks, they know their business. Very efficient, owner was very easy to work with. A crew of three and everyone worked no standing around. As stated above they removed a very large oak tree that had fallen on our rental house without any new damage to the house. Wonderful! AGoforth EnterprisesI called Goforth Enterprises for a water line repair when Hurricane Sally was supposed to give us a lot of rain. The response was great. Daniel said I’ll grab shovel and come. Showed me leaking pipe outside of meter box and also fixed a problem inside of meter box. From experience most would not have gone beyond that leak. He repaired the pipe in mud and rain also checked under house for leaks. It was great service from Goforth Enterprises. Thanks!!- Lavonne L.

AHoyt Lane and Son PlumbingThey were very professional and explained each step of what they were doing to me. They couldn't give much foresight, since what we found could hardly have been guessed at. The four inch line had not been glued together when it was put in and the city had taken this house off the main and put us on another line they had run beside it. Really confusing!! but in the end it was all done up right and it works beautifully! The only thing I would add is that customers need to be aware that, while their problem is very important to themselves, it is very likely not the only problem that the company is facing at that time. And things do have to be prioritized by someone! All in all I thought they did a great job and I was very satisfied with their work and demeanor. So here are some Do's: Do call them, Do explain your particular problem, Do express how your problem is effecting your life, Do be patient, Do be able to be there to give some direction or have someone that can, Do realize that you're not the only one with problems and some don'ts: Don't think that they can fix the problem in one hour.. (there is rarely a cure-all that fixes everything, every time), Don't be rude or offensive, Don't expect them to be able to read your mind..(a poor description of your problem is better than a false one or none at all)- Christopher R.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

DGuy showed up. He had no ladder to get into my attic, so I supplied one. He wandered around inside and out and then told me they would have to use metal flashing throughout to seal up any place mice could enter...at a cost of close to $4,000. He offered no written estimate (despite the supposed precision of the estimate which was down to the penny.) He seemed to think there was a gap between the roof and the top plate of the walls all the way around of 3 to 4 inches. He said that was the way they built houses back when our house was built. I guess he thought I was stupid and didn't know anything about construction. He was wrong.
