    Other reviews on here are definitely biased. Go look at any other review website to see real reviews. Have had this internet service for a year (because there are no other options) and they are terrible. Very slow internet with awful range. They cap your data and charge for overages (it's 2020?!?). I moved and had to cancel - guess what? No where to stop service online, you have to call and wait on the phone for 20 minutes to talk to someone and ask for a cancellation. They charge you for another 7 days after you cancel (because it takes that long to press a button?!??). And then if they've already charged you for a month, they have to get your new address so they can send you a check by mail. They can't for some reason deposit it into the banking account that you already have connected??? Also she didn't even ask for my new address, I had to ask her about how to get the refund, and then when told by mail, I had to request that she send it to my new address! This company is extremely penny pinching it's ridiculous. Avoid them if you can.

    My previous experiences with Cox Communications have all been positive. While I do think that their package of services is too expensive considering the choice and bundling of programming offered, I have absolutely no complaint about how they service their products. My past experiences with service calls have been that they come when they say they can and they stay until the service call is fully resolved. When I took the cable box to the main office, I took my number and waited for counter service, about 10 minutes (would recommend going near opening time, as a crowd can gather, esp over lunch hour). The representative I dealt with was polite, listening to my description of the problem and promptly changing out the box, without any hassle about not returning the power cable. In return, I got just the box. When I asked if the box would be active when I got home, I was assured it would be. After reassembling all the connections (I would have bought a new power cord before trying to get the old one out the gordian knot of cables and cords behind the entertainment center) I was gratified that indeed the box was recognized and programs were available....except for my HBO and Encore movie channels. I called the help number displayed on screen and after a brief wait was connected to a very polite woman who verified that I did subscribe to those services and worked over the next several minutes to reeinstate them. She explained that they would have come up within another 30 minutes but that she was happy to speed up the process. I was fully satisfied. I would also comment on their internet so much superior to DSL - faster, no interference issues and no horrible ATT service issues (grade F). It is possible to fine tune the specific cable connection that attaches to your cable modem and I've been pleased in the past that the serviceman would spend extra time tweaking it to get the fastest possible service, If I choose not to give up my landline in favor of cell phone service, I may well bundle in Cox' s internet telephone service also, for ease of reporting service problems, the professionalism of the service personnel and the fact that after a hurricane, Cox is weeks ahead of ATT/Southern Bell in restoring service (X 5 hurricane disruptions). I've also had dealings with other cable companies and Cox outshines them all.

    We were on dial-up and there's no cable out here.  That was the only choice if I wanted fast access.  I guess it's good.  It's still working.  They don't always get here right away.

    Their price is fair. I am very happy with them. The cable will never go out, very seldom even during the hurricane I still have cable. I have a technician call me before and they do a good job. The quality is really good. The telephone and cable is very clear, internet is fast. Every time I call if I need a technician they come out. When they say they are going to come they come, take care of the job. They are very professional and very knowledgeable.

    This was a good move for us yielding a savings of almost 100$ a month over Direct tV. The service installation was flawless and we have have had no problems of any sort. Internet speed is great and the tv reception couldn't be better. Highly recommended

    I can say that they’re just the normal provider in our area. Their repair service is within 24 hours on everything and if there will be problems. We are upgrading to TVO so they gave me everything that I needed and they have been real good. They make sure that I have a clean cable and the signal with no charge. I can also call anytime at long distance.

    I didn't have to pay anything because it was their problem, not mine. I've been with them for many years and I have nothing negative to say about them. They are prompt and have always been great on the phone. Their technical service is good. Their prices are right in line with everybody else and they work with me if I am having problems. I will certainly continue to use them.
