AKeith The Plumber LLCTrust me, just call them and be done calling folks! I called them about 3pm as I saw water flowing through my yard. They asked if I had water, to which I told them no that I had cut it off. I told them I could make it until morning if needed and they asked to call me back, had already heard this from several places but no one called back for several hours later....within 30 minutes I not only had a call back, but it was worked out to have someone here that day! Then, not only did they fixed the leak at hand...they tested the pressure and found a faulty pressure regulator to be the culprit and fixed the root of the problem for me. I cannot say enough great stuff about their honesty, professionalism and work ethic for treating customers like they would want to be treated!- Jessica C.

AMartin EnvironmentalOn Dec.26th we had septic tank/plumbing issues early in the morning.We called some numbers and got answering machines. He answered very quickly and said he could be there about lunch time he had one to do first. He came on time and took care of the problem. The work was more complicated than we thought . FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

DPaid approximately $19,000 for improved ductwork and a single unit a little over two years ago. This was for a single floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Seems high, but conceivably appropriate. Also paid $296 for the “comfort club “ They make this sound like it’s some type of “VIP”. This over the top expensive unit quit working Sunday. It looks like it’ll be Thursday or Friday before it’s repaired. The thing that galls me the most is my wife said they said they called me to say it would take this long. That is a complete fabrication, as I’ve received no communication. Chief seems like a great guy, but overall very unsatisfactory.

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
