  • I am out of the state and trying to buy a home and get the inspection taken care of, site unseen. Emerson was very helpful and made sure everything was looked over thoroughly. He had my report back to me quickly and was able to help me with any questions that I had from the report. I would recommend him and definitely use him again myself.

  • I cannot praise GasPro highly enough. Jason and his crew are fantastic—knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and thorough. I used this company on my previous home when we put it on the market and had to repair a non-working gas fireplace. Other repairmen told me I’d have to replace the whole unit at the cost of $1000 or more. Jason came in and easily repaired the faulty part, saving me a ton of money. When we moved, we bought a home with two fireplaces that didn’t work. Once again, a local repairman told me there was no good way to fix them. So I called Jason who literally went the extra mile to service us. He sent Jon--a polite, skilled, efficient young man who spent part of his off-day working on our fireplaces, gas grill, and water heaters. He repaired our fireplaces and assessed our other appliances for future repairs. In all my years as a homeowner, I have never encountered a company that serves its customers like GasPro. I am so appreciative of these guys and their commitment to excellent work, professionalism, and customer service. They are the only gasfitters I feel comfortable using. A quick online search will show other glowing reviews of this company that are similar to mine. Highly recommend!!

  • First clean was perfection. I very pleased w/thoroughness. 2nd visit included CONSTANT complaining by primary person (owner, Sherry) & push back on "PRE" agreed upon project of hanging pictured; as well as, Sherry knocking over & destroying decorative column w/crystal & gold plated lamp. She admitted that her adult son, "Elvis" had broken item(s) in the past. She faked remorse, so in order to assage her guilt we (both parties) agreed Elvis would compensate damages by cleaning two (2) 20-gallon aquariums. I scheduled my next appt, which I indicated was important because of an upcoming qrtrly inspection, but 2 days before they reneged on the appt. After multiple communications & efforts for them to fulfill the agreement, they responded by denying the incident ever occurred & threatening "harassment" if I contacted them to honor their agreement. Sherry is HIGHLY unprofessional, arrogant & opinionated w/unsolicited comments (i.e., telling me that an antique stereo that belonged to my mom, "...had to go!" & requests made were "tacky"). Her son for the most part will ignore customers input to follow Sherry's lead stressing that "nobody's happy if momma aint happy". A TRUE PROFESSIONAL WITH INTEGRITY, DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE endeavored to honor the verbal contract & satisfy the customer. Instead they elected to lie, become hostile, threatening & defensive.

  • It went well. Jerry was on time, called to let me know he was on his way, got the necessary part quickly and returned ASAP to install it and get my dishwasher up and running again. I will definitely recommend him to friends!

  • They totally ruined my front yard with trucks and heavy machinery trying to remove the old slab after torrential rains. They then poured the new concrete which was rained on almost immediately and ruined. They then poured another layer of cement on top of that, which made the slab too. They replaced some of the sod they destroyed and laid sand. They later tried to charge me over $8,000 above and beyond the original estimate for repairs they tried to make to my yard. The slab looks like it was done by someone with no concrete experience. The job was never satisfactorily completed even though I paid them 2/3 of the original estimate.

  • American Home Renovations charged me $8,000 to find a leak in my roof, fix it, and repair the damages caused by the leak. They did a good job of repairing the damage caused by the leak, and I thought the leak was fixed. They gave me a 15 year written warranty on their work. Less than a year later the roof began leaking in the same place. They now refuse to honor their warranty and are trying to charge me $225 to assess the leak.

  • Our rental house that we were fixing up had rotting wood and was in need of repair and paint. Mr. Posey was very detailed in repairing the outside structure and paid attention to small details. He was good with communication and keeping me posted on the project. I would call him again.

  • Showed up late. Looked unprofessional. Cheap $300.00 pressure washer from Wal-Mart. Tore up my wife's flowers. And I could have swore they smelt like booze. And that's just while they were setting up. had to run them off.

  • The shutters turned out beautiful. I get asked about them all the time. I made an appointment for them to measure and give me a quote. The salesman was on time and very courteous. Once we agreed on a price, he gave me an installation date and everything progressed as planned. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to everyone.

  • I called concerning low water pressure and no hot water to the back of my home. When they arrived I told them there was low water pressure and the back of the home was not getting hot water. The checked in the attic and checked the temperature on the water heater. Not one time did they go to the back of the home where the problem was. They told me everything was fine on the water heater by checking the sink directly under the heater for temperature, not the area I was having problems in. Furthermore I kept stating I was having a low pressure issue. Finally they went to the street and dug up the adjustment valve. The issue I have here is the fact they did not have a gauge to check the water pressure, which is the main reason I called. Had I not had a gauge this work could not of been accomplished. After they turned up the pressure to over 100psi, they informed me they are not responsible for any damage they may cause. I informed them the pressure needs to be at the proper level so as not to damage any of my plumbing. Once everything was set the bill was paid, no receipt was given and they went on their way.
