  Easy to work with. Communicated through out the process. Dropping off my mower late on a Friday, required parts to be ordered, and was ready by Wednesday. Bet Bob's would have been 2 weeks and no communication. I thought the pricing was fair. Only minor thing, was I thought the charge for the welding was a higher than it should be given the hourly rate and the time it would take. Give this shop a try.

  This is a family owned business and the folks who work there are friendly and helpful. They really know their stuff, yet they don't talk down to you or blame you for your small engine needing work. They are the exact opposite of kind of the condescending, arrogant and unfriendly jerks you often find in the big city store and repair places. Although I only needed string trimmer parts this time, I look forward to another pleasant drive in the country and going back to see them the next time the need arises.

  At Home Mower Repair

  David scheduled an evening appointment (6:30 pm) to provide a diagnosis of the mower's problem. The evening of my appointment it was a torrential downpour and I assumed that David would call and reschedule. To my surprise, he was on time, proceeded to assess the mower using his umbrella, and answered all questions - ignoring the rain. Once he assessed the problem, he provided options and agreed to get cost information for the required parts. He promptly called the next day and provided a detailed cost estimate. We agreed to the scope of work and scheduled for David to come to my house Saturday morning @ 8:30 am to begin the repair. He was on time and proceeded to complete the repair within the specified time frame. He was attentive to detail and his skill set was obvious as he quickly disassembled, replaced engine block, and reassembled the mower with ease. David was professional, attentive to detail, and possessed a desire to satisfy the customer. He did an outstanding job!
