A1-800-GOT-JUNK? Alabama CentralMaking the appointment was super easy. I made the appointment online and scheduled it for the next day. I was also able to view the price estimates online which appears to be based on the amount of space used in the truck. On the morning of the appt. the driver called and asked if it would be ok if they came earlier than the scheduled appointment window, which was perfectly fine. The driver arrived and was very friendly and professional. With the price guide in hand, he asked is I knew about the prices. I explained that I reviewed the price guide online to get the estimate. He answered any questions that I had. He then started loading everything up. It ended up being a full truck load. It was packed! After everything was done, the driver thanked me for my business and said to let them know if they can be of service again. I will definitely use them again if I need their service.- Howard W.

ASteve Watwood ExcavatingUpon building our house, our builder suggested an excavator, and told us we could choose our own. To make it easier, we decided to go with the one he used each time he built a house. Mr. Watwood was with us from beginning to end, and made everything so much easier. The first day he dug our footing so the guys could get started building, he dug the garage and filled it with rock. He leveled the ground once the masonry was done. He etched out for our drive, sidewalks, and patio. Finally he put in our septic tank so that the plumbing could function properly. He is licensed and insured. When we first met Mr. Watwood, he was rather intimidating, but he is a really sweet and honest man. He was always there on the day he said he was going to be. His employees seemed to have a pretty good understanding of what they were doing, and everything was satisfactory, not to mention his prices were competitive and he was always right on the money when it came to estimating what the work was going to cost us.... I have recommended him to so many others. He even dug a pool for my parents not too long ago.- Skylar J.

BDP General Cleaning Landscaping & Trees Svcs IncThe guys were prompt and professional. I had an estimate done on 5/21/11 and was estimated at $6,600.00 and within four months the price was as above. I had other estimates, but they were more expensive. The price was expensive, but I was very pleased with the job because I had very large trees on a small lot, with many, many leaves and acorns during the fall, and I am no longer able to remove them or/and have them removed. I am very pleased and happy this is finally done. The workers never stopped until the work was done, even the owner, Daniel, was there working right along with the other employees.- Mary C.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

ANichole was wonderful. This was a sad story of a friend going through a crisis who decided to drive the Honda Accord we'd lent him for local Seattle errands to Amarillo Texas. Our friend is now back safe and recovering with his family on the east coast, but we had to get our Honda back from the Amarillo towing yard where the police had left it after taking our friend to the hospital. So we called Angie's List, which listed Hilton Auto Transport as highly rated (thank you Angie's List). Nichole was wonderful: prompt, good price, and just the nicest person to deal with. Two days later the car was on its way, and we picked it up in Seattle yesterday. I'd recommend her to anyone.

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!
