    Craddock Health Center
Whether in person or on the phone, things run smoothly most every time. My copay is $25 and Im only required to go every other month. The ones in between I call for refills. Jennifer always answers any and all concerns. I will admit that you can expect a long wait to see the doctor, but he always manages to work me in evwn if its last minute. Lab onsite is efficient and results are almost immediate. If you need early mornings, I suggest one of the other doctors there because Aldaher makes hospital rounds until 1030. Appointments are available til around 430 or 445 Mon thru Thurs and from 10-noon on Fri. There are 4 other doctors at the practice but ive only seen Aldaher.

I trust this hospital. We have used this hospital for emergency situations. We prefer them over other hospitals. The care was excellent. I was there for about 48 hours. Everything was great. The nurses were wonderful and the doctors were wonderful. Everything was clean and the food was good. The nurses and doctors are very caring and they take their time with you. If you had any problems they were right there to attend to it.

    Hugh's Pharmacy
We have had many problems dealing with Medicare, but Craig, the Pharmacist, is wonderful. He has helped work through numerous problems with insurance and Medicare.  Excellent care is provided every time we walk in the door. He and the staff knew and remembered my name after the 3rd visit. Super service. We swapped all our prescriptions, which are a lot,  to Hugh's because of Craig.

    College City Drugs
After a visit at my general practitioner, I received a prescription that would hopefully give me some relief from my flu-like symptoms. I had to be in class, over an hour away, and was pressed for time. I knew most pharmacies on my route would probably have too long of a wait and I would end up being late for class. I felt so bad that I decided to go ahead and stop in at College City Drugs just to see how long the wait would be. After quickly explaining my need for expediting having my prescription filled to the very friendly pharmacy technician, the pharmacist promptly and politely filled my prescription and in a matter of a couple of minutes I was on my way to class and already feeling better. The service and hometown feel of College City Drugs beats all of the Big Brand Pharmacies, hands down!!

It all went well from the moment I arrived. Everyone was so friendly. The nurses were great. The billing department also will work with you to set up a reasonable payment plan. I definitely recommend this hospital.

BCBS does a great job. I don't have to do any paperwork and I don't need a referral before I can see a specialist. I like the tutorials they send you.

    Shoals Hospital
My wife had been wanting me to go for a sleep study for a couple of years.  I felt so tired all the time I finally saw a doctor that recommend Shoals Hospital.  Staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful.  They were organized, so there wasn't a lot of waiting.  I was monitored for a couple of nights, and my doctor recommended a CPAP machine. If I remember correctly, it's normal to stop breathing temporarily 4 or less times in an hour; and 30 or more times is severe.  I stopped breathing 84.5 times an hour. I didn't know anything about these devices.  I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I could not believe how much better I feel.  Wished I had done it sooner.

    Gregerson's Pharmacy
There is a girl there named Kristi, and she is fantastic helping us with diabetes shoes and stuff like that.  The pharmacy itself has been excellent.  Their professionalism is great.
