ALockTec IncTHIS WAS A REPLACEMENT OF OLD KNOBS AND DEADLOCKS ON AN OLDER HOUSE. Mark did an excellent job--very experienced and took his time until the locks turn very smoothly. I did some price comparing to other companies before choosing and the pricing was pretty much comparable to others and experience counts very much--especially when it is your home's locks. AUnlock It For MeLost one of our remotes. $175 to buy and program at Toyota, plus a trip there. Found one on Amazon for about $20 with great reviews, but required that Toyota or a locksmith program it for me. That's a good thing, y'all - more secure than the ones you can program yourself. Brandon answered the phone promptly. I gave him a big window to get here - no emergency - and he showed up sooner than I'd figured. Took just a few minutes and I had a new remote that did what it was supposed to do. Appreciated the service and the quick response. Hoping I never have to use a locksmith again, but if I need one, will use Unlock It For Me.- Ken J.

ABrook's Lock & Key IncThe technician came out and lock did not malfunction on his first visit. Paid service call and he told us if we had problems within a week we would not have to pay another service call. In a couple days it locked up again and would not open. He ended up coming back and replacing the bolt lock and were not charged another service call.- CHARLES J.

AThe locksmith sent was Jimmy and he was punctual, skilled, quick, personable, and professional. I was very impressed and thought the price was fair or better than fair (did a little shopping, but not much). I tried each key and each tumbler, and there was no sticking, all keys worked smoothly. Since I was asking someone to rekey my house, I wanted a feeling of trust that they would not be making an extra key for themselves for some later foul play; thus, I went to Angies' list with lots of A reviews over a several year period. I definitely recommend Blair & Sons and if Jimmy is available, ask for him.

AHe was great. I called that morning and he was able to come out in just a couple of hours. He was very communicative about when he would be here, and he was very friendly. He made sure I didn't overspend on the hardware I had gotten, and gave me very helpful advice about my doors and locks along the way. He went above and beyond -- would definitely recommend!

FCalled for service and estimate. Person on the phone was a bit rude and got a little miffed when I asked if he could come out later around 1:00 or so. Bird sounds in the background and TV was loud. We just told him we would call back but moved on to another service. What a jerk!!

FI would give them no stars if it were an option. I called on a Monday morning to have a new key made for my car. After three and a half hours of the locksmith unsuccessfully programming the key, she told me that she would come back later in the afternoon, and charged me a $275 deposit. Not only did she not come back on Monday, she never showed on Tuesday, either. I have scheduled appointments every single day of this week, only to be stood up. I have called multiple times, only to be told that they will call me back. (Which has not happened.) I had to purchase a rental car for the week, and I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t work from home. This company no-showed on me every single day for an entire work week. Update- TWO WEEKS later, of calling every three hours every day and not ever hearing back from one of their locksmith technicians, they tell me that they are unable to make my key. If they would’ve just said that in the first place, instead of forcing me to stay home all day, every day with no response, I couldn’t taken my business elsewhere. I have been nothing but polite, courteous, and probably WAY too understanding in this situation. Today, after over thirty phone calls with these people, I had to resort to hollering because the “customer service” woman named Sandy REFUSED to listen to me and hear me out so that we could come up with a plan of action. Instead, she continued to blow me off and talk over me, and even after all of that, STILL doesnt know the reason I called in the first place. This is, by far, the most unprofessional business I have EVER been in contact with. Do yourself a favor and don’t even call.

DOn Jan 9th I ordered a 4 drawer AMSEC Stor it Cabinet AND two AMSEC Jewelry inserts 1375033 from Indehomes that were advertised on their website. I did receive the cabinet on Jan 23, but without the two ordered jewelry inserts.
I called and talked to Andrea about it and shortly after that I received, without notice, a refund for the inserts. I did manage to get her on the phone and she said she would check into it. I then received an email telling me they were discontinued and she could not find them.
I wrote her back telling her that AMSEC had 18 in stock and even gave her the phone number to call. I again didn't hear back from her, and she wouldn't answer the phone, so I had to call her from a number she wouldn't recognize. She did answer and she sounded so sincere when she said she would really check into it. However, to this day I have never heard back from her.
In the mean time, I ordered them from another company (and paid more for them) but received them in 8 days.
They were very nice on the phone the few time I could get a hold of them; however I would have appreciated sincerity instead!
They rarely answered their phones and I never used their Live Chat when anyone was there even though I tried many times.
