AI researched many debt consolidation businesses. New Era was by far the most highly recommended and I can see why. I contacted them in late 2017. They put me on a four year program to get out of debt. With their help and negations with my creditors we were able to get everything paid off in a year and a half. Two and a half years early. I would have never been able to do this on my own and without their help. They have excellent communication with their clients and set up a portal so you can view everything they are doing and how far along you are in the process. I could not be happier to be 100% out of debt in the amount of time it took. Great job new Era!!!

Google PHILLIP WASSERMAN and you will see how he runs his business. Me and my father invested OUR LIFE SAVINGS in his new company FAST LIFE, who Billy Ray Cyrus was once associated with. We are still awaiting outstanding interest and return of our loan. Which was signed under PHILLY ROY FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS LLC- DBA FAST LIFE. WHICH HE HAS NOT UPKEPT HIS BUSINESS OR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY IN INTEREST PAYMENTS OR RETURNING OUR LOAN. Then uses threatens and intimidation tactics when called to pay. BInfinity Tax and Financial PlanningIt was good. We have been in touch because I had a business and had to keep track of things. Some of the annual taxes fluctuate but if you still make a profit and loss, it is like $100. He is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I want to get things some times cheap but it seems like it is pretty standard everywhere I go. He does what he is supposed to. He is pretty responsive.- Stacy B.

FGL Smith & AssociatesNote: The negative performance is strictly related to my dealings with Mr. Lawrence. The office staff was very friendly, professional, and prompt whenever I contacted them. I was trying to get a name changed on my wife's old 401K account from a former employer. Mr. Lawrence was listed as the point of contact; to be exact he was labeled as "Your Financial Professional." To me this seemed like a relatively simple procedure. Just fill out a few forms, sign them, and send them in. So I contacted Mr. Lawrence and it took over 3 weeks before he finally responded back saying that it couldn't be done by him. I see no reason why it took that long for a simple procedure. Here are the contact details, to justify the low rating. 1) August 23 (morning) - Called office and left a message with office staff. They said he would return my call. 2) August 23 (afternoon) - Called office again (thinking it would be a quick "yes we can do it", or "no we can't, but here's how" conversation). The staff was able to reach him, and he told me that he would check on it and get back to me soon. 3) August 25 - Sent a courtesy reminder email to Mr. Lawrence reminding him of our previous conversation and adding in more details that he might need to perform the change. In this email, I explicitly asked if he was the right person to make this change, or if I should go back through the former employer. Also I asked him a direct question about whether a separate form needed to be sent in to initiate the transfer (he ultimately never answered this question). 4) September 1 - Called office to check on status, since I had not heard a single response from my email. Staff assistants told me that he was out of his office, but they did see him and he told them to tell me that he was working on it. 5) September 8 - Called office again to check status. She informed me Mr. Lawrence was out and that she would leave a message for him to get in touch with me. 6) September 9 - Mr. Lawrence emailed me saying he had contacted the 401K provider to see if the name change had been done and that he would contact me when he heard back from them (Note: this was the first time he got in touch with me without me directly initiating the conversation). 7) September 14 - I sent an email to Mr. Lawrence asking if he could estimate when a response would be forthcoming. Also, that I was surprised at how long it was taking and if there was anything I could personally do to expedite the matter, to let me know. 8) September 14 - Mr. Lawrence replies by email and says he is not able to make the name change and that we will have to go through the former employer. I find Mr. Lawrence's quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism severely lacking. There is no reason that a vice president of this company, whose primary responsibility is ?for the management of clients investment portfolios and retirement plans for selected companies? should not have initially been able to tell me that they were not able to perform the name change and that it would be easier to go through the former employer. Even if he didn't know immediately, there is no excuse for taking 22 days to reply. Also, he never answered the other question I asked about in my email about a particular form. As an interesting side note, I was just notified while writing this that the name change has been taken care of...less than 24 hours after the court documents were provided to the former employer. This is the timeline that I initial expected back in August.- Caleb W.
