    Morgan Drywall & Painting
Mr. Morgan gave us a quick and fair estimate. He showed up on time each day, worked hard and did an excellent job of repairing settling cracks in smooth ceiling sections in several rooms of the house. He followed up matching the paint color. All the work was done quickly and to great satisfaction. Once the job was finished, he cleaned up all debris from the work performed. Because the work was done so well, we have scheduled him to come back and paint some difficult rooms.

They came in on a Tuesday and finished on a Thursday.  We had him patch a place in the drywall and he mudded and sanded it great.  After he painted that section you couldn't tell where the patch was.  There was no dust or residue in the room when he finished.  During the 3 days he painted our 10 walls and he painted the baseboards and the tray ceiling in our bedroom.  The rooms look so much better now.  He was quick and professional, explaining steps if I asked questions. One room (bathroom) needed egg shell paint and it now looks great.  I highly recommend him if you need some painting done in the interior of your home.  He painted out neighbors wall 2 years ago and the wall still looks great.  I'm working with him now to paint a new fence I put in several months ago.

David is an efficient and very experienced drywall and paint specialist. My wife and I were so happy with this repair and with David too. He is friendly and very helpful in all respects. Repair was accomplished in two visits and more than met our expectations. If we should need his services in the future, we would have no hesitation in calling David. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of repair or any painting needs. Also the price was very reasonable and David took care of finding all materials needed for our project.

    The Pros Painting Contractor
The young man who came was very efficient and very skilled. He used a dustless process, which captured the plaster dust when sanding the drywall. He masked everything effectively, to do the spraying and painting. He arrived early each day, and worked non-stop. We are very pleased with the results.

    Susan Gregg Wallpaper & Painting
Normally rather than giving a negative review I would just not give a review.  However, after paying to become an Angie?s List and selecting a Service Provider with a 92% ?A? rating I did not expect to have the problems I had.
The Job started off on the wrong foot, Susan has her daughter working for her part time.   Susan told me her daughter had Thursdays free and to expect to see her between 7:30 and 8:00 am, but apparently forgot to tell her. Susan called me about 9:00 am and apologized saying she was late because she had to go to another job site and pick up a ladder. Her daughter finally arrived about 11 am, but had to leave by 1:00 pm to go to her regular job because the other cashier had quit.  So I told her she could leave her tools so they would be ready for her on Friday. Her wallpaper paste tray had a hole in the bottom, so while she was gone I had to clean the paste off the front of the bathroom vanity and floor where the contents had leaked out.  I cleaned out the tray and patched the holes so it would be ready for her.
When she did not show up on Friday I called and was told to expect her Saturday.  She arrived Saturday and started work, but her boss from her full time job kept calling her every 15 min asking when she was coming in.  He had her so befuddled, she miss cut a whole double roll of paper.  Susan arrived and finished the job so her daughter could go to work.  Susan told me she did not need to spend the time smoothing out the paper that her daughter did.  She said her daughter put up paper like her dad who would rub the pattern off getting it smooth.    When she left she told me the bubbles would disappear as the paper dried, but if I had any problems to give her a call and she would come fix them.
I sent her some photos of seams that overlapped and were puckered, I did not send photos of the bubbles. She told me she could not make it for a week and set up an appointment for Thursday (10 days later).  Wednesday night I called her and she said she could not come on Thursday but would come on Saturday. Friday night I called to confirm a time and was told she would be here early afternoon. She did not show up, and at 6 pm  I tried calling and she did not answer the phone, I sent her an email asking when she would like to reschedule, Five days later she has not responded to the e-mail.
I have now used a syringe to inject glue in 2 bubbles, sliced 5 bubbles with a razor blade and glued them down removing the excess material, and two seams I had to steam to lift the overlap and trim about a 1/16 of an inch off the lower paper so the edges would butt.
Maybe I expected too much, several places the pattern was mismatched.  I suppose some mismatch is unavoidable, but rather than putting the mismatch in a corner it was in the middle of a wall or doorway.  Since I was using paintable wallpaper some of the errors I was able to cover with calk.  I thought I hired a professional so I would not have to fix my own amateur mistakes, I did not expect to spend so much time fixing professional mistakes.

    Aurora Remodeling
They did an excellent job.  The lead person took care to check the work being done and they new what they were doing.  I noticed a couple of things that were small that he didn't see and he took care of those quickly.  They completed the job in record time and worked hard.  The lead contractor was professional and at the same time very personable and open to ideas.  He is honest and stayed within his original price for the work.  He didn't mind some tack-ons and charged appropriately.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of remodeling or repairs.

A Family Affair Drywall & Painting Company
The deal was for a single painter for a full day. Instead, I received 2 painters for a half day. This turned out to be an even better deal. The painters arrived on time. Once I showed them the room to be painted, they immediately got to work. They painted 2 coats on the walls of a bedroom. They were professional and courteous and did not leave any signs of their work. I liked the results so much that I asked them to paint a second bedroom. I would definitely recommend them.

Provider called said he was sick but sent another man to compete job. The man forgot to paint the backside of a door and patch up
The hole completely but I called Dennis and he sent the man out to complete the job and he did complete the job! Was very happy
With the work and appreciate that he finished it before the holiday too! Would hire him again.

I called them on a Friday and talked with the owner. He said he would
come out at 8:30 AM Monday to give me an estimate. But he did not come
and did not call. On Tuesday David Morgan called and said that Family
Affair Drywall had ask him to call me. He came out when he said he
would. His repairs look good, he cleaned up completely, and I was happy
with all of his services. He called the next day to see if everything
was acceptable after everything dried.  I would recommend Mr. Morgan for
    drywall repair.

    Feria C&M Professional Painters LLC
Met accelarated completion schedule on complete home renovation both exterior and interior. Extensive cleaning and preparing prior to actual painting. Was not my low quote but I was confident in his abilities after discussing with several home builders in the area. Very knowledgable in his trade and steered me away from bad decisions where his decision was better than mine. Maneul and his team are professional in all aspects of their work. Will use again in the future.
