AHolland Homes LlcWe hired Daniel Holland and his very capable team at Holland Homes to complete work started by another contractor who failed miserably on the job. We were enclosing a large sunroom attached to our $1MM+ home in Auburn and looked high and low for a qualified and reputable local home remodeling contractor who had a strong record of previous achievement and would pay special attention to the finer details and finishes. We found these and many other exceptional skills and craftsmanship in the team at Holland Homes. From the estimate through to completion, Daniel Holland (Owner of Holland Homes LLC) and Robert Melvin (Holland Homes' Business Marketing and Sale Director) and their team went above and beyond our expectations with my only regret being that I did not hire them first and eliminate all of the frustration and rancor we experienced with the first inept contractor. The project turned out to be a picture out of Southern Living. They showed up every day, communicated with us openly and honestly and they worked through every detail to ensure we were completely satisfied. My wife and I strongly recommend Holland Homes LLC from building a low to high end home to any home building or remodeling job small or large in the greater Auburn / Opelika Lake Martin Alabama area.- Robert W.

AHolland Homes LlcDaniel Holland of Holland Homes gave us quote on work to be performed and told us approximate date he could start and estimated three weeks to do the work. When he knew the definite start date, we were informed of that and also that he planned to get the work done in only two weeks. He and his crew showed up on the designated day and did complete the job in only two weeks. The entire time construction was going on the crew behaved in a professional manner in our presence, and I feel certain, even if we weren't present. They kept the job site clean and orderly and cleaned up after themselves at the end very well. The work met our satisfaction and we are very happy with our new porch. The old one leaked horribly, and I can say that the recent rains demonstrate that the new porch does not leak and the gutters and downspouts are working fine. Daniel seems like an honest and knowledgable professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his crew for any work. We would definitely use his services again.- Amy C.

FI did not hire this company because they were trying to take advantage of me by over charging me for a metal roof with hidden fasteners. My rental property is a little over 1,000 sq ft with a simple pitched roof. This company quoted me $23,000. Other companies for the same work have quoted $5,000 - $7,000. It is very disappointing when a company engages in overpricing. The owner rational was maybe the roofing materials company got the material cost wrong. If they are expert roofers, they should know this. When I pointed out other lower price quotes, he quickly got off the phone. Maybe because I am a female, he thought that I didn't know and that he take advantage of me by over charging.
