AChoice Home WarrantyMr. Kelly's wife was very good at getting all the clients the help they needed. She had to juggle several of us who had the same problem. Some of the insurance companies were being petulant and as they caused delays she would sent Mr. Kelly to the next person. Mr. Kelly got here in the middle of a down pour got the other heater out and the new one in with virtually no mess and now our heater is plumbed CORRECTLY with a shut off valve at the heater. As far as plumbers go I will allow no one else in our home. Thank You Kelly's Plumbing!- Timothy B.

AACE Plumbing Company IncThey had to go inside the wall to replace the copper pipe but they were very careful to cut straight lines and tape the piece of dry wall they had to move back in place. They did not repair it but that was explained to me before the work was done. However, they made it easier for me to have someone to replace it. The plumber tried to sell unnecessary work/products but he was professional and clean and seem to have done a professional job, only time will tell. FBruce Bunch Plumbing & PipingThe work was completed, but the hose was not put in properly and I can not get Bruce or his company to answer the phone to fix the issue. I had to hire another plumber after paying $2500 dollars to Bruce. He won’t answer the phone and my whole sunroom was flooded with water. I would not recommend this company. FAwful. Replaced facet on kitchen sink, 380.00.The next day as I was putting stuff back under sink I saw it was still leaking. Called them back. They came back and replaced pipe under sink, 215.00.they left and the sink started stopping up and pipe the fixed under sink still leaking. Called them back and owner, Curtis said he would have to replace all pipes under house for 2,500.00. I truly believe he's a scammer. 600.00 and lesk never fixed.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
