AAffordable Handyman ServiceIt was great. He did the door in less than an hour. And it took him a couple of days with the bathroom. The bathroom looks great and he cleaned up after himself. I have already asked him to come back and do the other bathroom! Oh and i live in a mobile home and everyone stops me and tell me how nice my door is! Great job Mr. Jason! So if you live in a mobile home and is having trouble finding someone to remodel he is the one to call....he treated it just like it was a big house in green island hills!!!- Krystal K.

AAffordable Handyman ServiceI'm editing this because the phone call transcription sounded very disjointed. The reason I called Affordable Handyman was because of the reviews he got on Angie's List. Jason Kilgore, the owner, came out quickly and gave me what I thought was a good estimate. He was polite and respectful, as were all his employees. He and Colin were a pleasure. One thing I like about him is he always answers his phone and they here when they say they are going to be here. I thought their price was extremely reasonable and I'm pleased with my decision to hire him. I'll definitely call him again when I need more work done around my house!- Yolanda F.

FContacted in April. Guy was professional at first. Did the best he could until the part he had to special order for the door had come in. A few weeks go by, and we've hears nothing from the guy. Contact him, said it would take around three weeks for the part to come in. Three weeks go by, nothing. Call the company, was told about some pandemic mess and that the part wouldn't be in until after fall. Here we are, DECEMBER, and we have this crappy piece on our beautiful door and the community sucks. No one updates us on anything. Its already cold, but because the job has been unfinished, there's a small Crack at the bottom of the door that allows drafts and any bug, if it so chooses, to come in and make our home its home. Very angry!! Will be contacting the BBB.

FI did not hire this company because they were trying to take advantage of me by over charging me for a metal roof with hidden fasteners. My rental property is a little over 1,000 sq ft with a simple pitched roof. This company quoted me $23,000. Other companies for the same work have quoted $5,000 - $7,000. It is very disappointing when a company engages in overpricing. The owner rational was maybe the roofing materials company got the material cost wrong. If they are expert roofers, they should know this. When I pointed out other lower price quotes, he quickly got off the phone. Maybe because I am a female, he thought that I didn't know and that he take advantage of me by over charging.
