AAmerican Crawlspace SolutionsThe job went very well and basement\crawlspace encapsulation was completed within the day. The dehumidifier was installed the following week as it was out of stock. The basement\crawlspace is cleaner and drier than it has ever been. We chose the 20 mil thick covering for added protection. One of the best crews we have had to perform services at our home. AAmerican Crawlspace SolutionsMy first telephone call was so impressive. I had been given an estimate from a pest control company and felt it was unreasonable. I had never heard of encapsulation. Took time to answer questions and scheduled estimate. Came out and gave an estimate that was almost half the cost!!! I scheduled the installation and the job was completed the day scheduled. Everything was clean. I didn't realize how bad the humidity was in my home until it was gone!! True difference! I would definitely recommend ACS!!!- Nikki G.

Their representative was very knowledgeable, and they would have been my second choice, but I went with a company here that is a local company. The other company had what I call a satellite company here. They were very professional, and I just thought I would get better service from the other company but there was nothing wrong, or have any complaints about the representative or the estimate, or anything he gave me. I just decided to go with another company. I liked that he approached me with a positive attitude. I thought that price was good for what they were going to do. They were very responsive, they returned all my calls and checked back with me several times. They were very punctual, they called me back when they said they would, and came when they said they would. The only one I dealt with was the salesman and he was very professional.- George C.

As far as I know the product is working correctly. It improved the overall comfort of the home. Note: If you do purchase a dehumidifier remember you have to change filter every 6 months-- or pay Service Dept. to do it. This is not for old folks!- Lynn M.

AExterior WaterproofingThese guys are the best! They finished the entire job in 4 days! After they were done, they cleaned the yard and left it looking better than when they got here. I was amazed at how hard working the team was. They showed up on time and worked ALL day for 4 days straight until everything was done. Seriously, this is the company you want to go with. I promise you won't be disappointed. In addition, Phillip took pictures of each stage of the process and send an email each day. He answered every question we had. I was almost positive the listing had popped up in error when I reached Benjamin Hanks and he said that they would come out and take a look to see what I had. He and his partner Aaron went above and beyond to not only get this huge job done for me, but to do it in a timely and efficient manner.
