There were scratches we never thought we'd be able to fix that are unseen now! Both guys were very friendly and had a great attitude. They came in went over the process and got to work. When I spoke with Stephen to set up the appointment I knew I had found the right company. I would definitely recommend Act One to anyone needing their hardwoods cleaned. We saved money and ours backs by having them come out.
