  • I have purchased all of my computers from NACA, since around 1998.
    Their product and service is consistently excellent.  Computers that I purchase from NACA last for many years without any problems.  They are so will built, and with such high quality, well guaranteed components, that any problems are very rare. When I purchase a new one, it is because the previous one simply becomes outdated.
    I use several computers for my business and a computer for my own gaming and entertainment.  All these computers have been purchased from NACA.
    I upgraded one of my computers by adding a larger SSD, reflected in this last service received.
    I very highly recommend NACA over any other computer company, especially proprietary computers like "Dell".
    The intensive service and support that you will receive as a customer of NACA is head and shoulders above any other.  That, in itself, makes purchasing computers and components from NACA worth every penny spent.
    When you call NACA for help, you speak to one of their friendly and knowledgeable associates, not a recording telling you to press an endless string of numbers, just to be put on hold, .........and eventually speak to someone overseas who barely speaks English and is no help at all.
    I have personally experienced the outstanding service techs from NACA, going way over and beyond what would be considered normal support by any other computer company, to help me resolve a problem with my computer that I brought on myself, out of my own computer ignorance.
     I can't say enough good about NACA to do them justice. This company is so extremely focused on great customer service, and has been since I started using them back in 1998.
    You can find a cheaper new computer, but you will pay the price difference in stress, frustration and lack of service and support.
    NACA makes owning a desktop or laptop computer, completely stress free, and in my opinion, that says a lot in itself.

  • I have used NACA (North Alabama Computer Associates) for ALL of my computer needs, whether building new computers or repairing problems that I have had with older computers, for over fifteen years now. Actually as long as I have been using computers, since Terry was the one that built my first computer.
    Terry Smith, the owner of NACA, will not allow me to leave his store unless I am absolutely happy with what he has done for me.I have had NACA build more than ten computers for me, during the years that I have been using them. These are computers that I have used for both my business and personal (gaming with Flight Simulator) use.  Each computer has worked excellent and when any problems arise, Terry would consistently fix the problem, no matter how difficult it might have been to troubleshoot.
    I still have almost all of the computers that I have had built by NACA, and they all still work just fine. As a matter of fact, the first computer he built for me, probably back in 1997, still works (it's pathetically out of date now, with a 1.5Gig harddrive).  Normally I give away my older computers to family members who might need them, but I have kept the first one that NACA built for me.
    The pride and care that NACA puts into building computers shows, not only in the neat and organized appearance of the inner workings and wiring of the computers, but in the durability and consistent reliable operation and years of service that I receive from them.
    When I buy a new computer from NACA, it's not because the old one has worn out, but because it has become outdated.
    Terry always keeps up to date on the latest hardware components, and he can build a blazing fast computer.
    I have always highly recommended NACA to anyone that needs a new computer for business, gaming or personal use.  Whether it is a desktop PC, or a laptop, which they built for my wife and she is always using.
    I would not go anywhere else for my computer needs, whether my needs are new computers, or computer repairs. I know that I can always trust Terry Smith and NACA to take care of me.

  • Excellent service which provided outstanding results.  Computer was running so slow my wife wanted me to buy another computer.  Using Angies List I was able to find this company who I called right away.  I made arrangements to drop off my laptop on Friday night and was able to pick it back up Sunday afternoon.  Took it home and it runs just like the day i bought it.  James loaded virus protection software which works better than the software I bought.  Very goodexperience, i will use him again.

    Mr. Jim Ferrell contacted me and we set up a day and time for the work.  He sent me and email to inform me of what I needed to do to get the computer ready for the service.  Jim called me and I provided the info that he needed to remotely do the service.  He cleaned up my computer and tuned it up.  It works much better than it did before.  Mr. Ferrell was easy to work with and was very professional.  If I ever need anymore computer work done, I will contact him first and gladly recommend him to friends

  • We were on vacation and Garden of Eden Florist decided to leave our gift basket from my Mother in law with a neighbor. After a few days the neighbor returned the gift basket to Garden of Eden Florist. When we returned they refused to deliver and did not provide an order number so I could follow-up with my Mother in law. They were not friendly and totally unprofessional. My mother in law suffers from medical issues and while we did follow-up with her she may not be able to follow up with either the florist she used in New York to place the order or have the credit card company cancel the order and refund her money. I plan to file a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and go on social media so other individuals in the Huntsville area do not do business with them.

  • Even though the shop wasn't busy at the time, the operator seemed in a hurry. She practically tore the old set off which was painful. She had a different method of applying the new set so I hope they will stay on. When I left the shop, my new nails where dull looking and I had to make some repairs at home.

  • I STARTED GOING TO THE VILLAGE SALON DUE TO A GROUP ON I GOT FOR MANICURES AND PEDICURES. NOW I'M HOOKED! THEY HAVE GREAT PEOPLE WORKING THERE THAT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING AND THEY ARE NOT AN ASSEMBLY LINE LIKE MOST PLACES IN TOWN. THEY DO ALL KINDS AND TYPES OF MANICURES AND PEDICURES. BUT, THE BEST PART TO ME IS THE DESIGNS THEY CAN DO FOR YOU ON THAT SPECIAL OCCASSION OR JUST BECAUSE. THEY HAVE A VERY TALLENTED TEAM THAT CAN DO DIFFERENT DESIGNS WITH EASE. ALMOST AS SIMPLE AS BRINGING IN A PICTURE AND HAVING THEM DO IT. I HAVE TWO FAVORITE GIRLS I USE AND WILL KEEP GOING TO THEM AS LONG AS THEY STAY THERE. WHICH MEANS MANAGEMENT WILL HAVE TO KEEP THEM NOW ! WELL ATLEAST I HOPE SO. CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK THERE AGAIN! SEE YOU SOON LADIES!!!!

  • Treated upon arriving by receptionist, given green tea and a hand massage while my daughter had her haircut. Neck massage while hot towel wrapped on deep conditioner. Stylist gave a great cut and styled to my preferences while explaining how to do it at home. great experience!
