AMr Bugg's Pest Patrol IncI have been using Mr. Buggs for 3 years for pest control and have been very pleased. I was using another company for my yard, trugreen, and they were horrible. They basically killed my $10,000 lawn. I decided since the pest control was spot on, I would give the lawn service a try. I met with the gentleman and had a laundry list of concerns about my lawn. I waited patiently, because of all the rain, and sure enough he showed up in a timely manner and remembered everything I said and had a plan for it. CTerminix - Dothan -Termite & Pest ControlTechnicians installed traps around house but didn't put them all low enough in the ground to prevent damage from lawnmower. A number of the traps have been damaged or destroyed by my lawnmower, but I can't get them to come back and repair or replace them. DALABAMA PROFESSIONAL SERVICE INCGuy showed up. He had no ladder to get into my attic, so I supplied one. He wandered around inside and out and then told me they would have to use metal flashing throughout to seal up any place mice could enter...at a cost of close to $4,000. He offered no written estimate (despite the supposed precision of the estimate which was down to the penny.) He seemed to think there was a gap between the roof and the top plate of the walls all the way around of 3 to 4 inches. He said that was the way they built houses back when our house was built. I guess he thought I was stupid and didn't know anything about construction. He was wrong.- Linda G.

ANorthwest Exterminating - CarrolltonThey pay attention to details. They are not just coming and they get in the nooks and crannies like you'd expect you to. They are pretty prompt. They are courteous. They call when they're coming and give you a heads up so you're not sitting there waiting for them. We do have a very large house and we have a basement. It's pretty big. I'm not sure what they other pricing is in the area, but I would say it's comparable. It is for 3 months coverage, so if you have bugs within that 3 months, they'll come spray. They came out and I haven't seen any bugs. If I call, the ladies take my call right away and they get someone out within a couple of days.- Chere R.

BMy service was mostly fine for more than ten years. But in the past two years my weeds have been worse and I've had to call for re-treatment. In the last week before I canceled my service I called for re-service. The agent claimed to have treated my yard, which was a lie. After two additional calls I never received the requested service.
