BEWARE REGION RELOCATION (aka NATION RELOCATION), FURNITURE MOVERS IN ATLANTA The service ends when theyve gotten your signature on a contract. Was charged a $300 shuttle fee that was unnecessary and inappropriate. When I tried to contact them (e-mail, phone) I got no response. No one answers the phone. You always to go a message box. Sent multiple letters to the address listed on their website (and also listed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration); all were returned by the postal service as undeliverable. All this in addition to a lack of assistance when their driver held my furniture hostage in Denver, refusing to deliver it unless a bogus $300 shuttle fee was paid. Even the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has been unable, after 2-months of investigation, to bring either resolution or even a response from the company.

It went well except when we were leaving my house they said they were stopping for gas and ended up stopping for lunch and were gone a little more than 30 minutes. I only realized this because I called them to see if they had gotten lost. I had bought footlong Subway sandwiches for them and had cold waters. I expected them to take a break to eat them and should have told me that as I waited at the storage unit.

    Changing Spaces Moving Inc
This is our second move with Changing Spaces Moving. Overall, an okay experience but won't use them again due to the company tacking on extra charges. The guys who moved our belongings were punctual, courteous and careful with our belongings. I give them 5 stars. However, due to excessive rain, our move had to be postponed with about 1/3 of our things left to move. At that point, they had worked 6 hours and charged us for 1 hour of drive time (their office is in Mt. Brook and we were moving from Mt. Brook to Hoover). We called the company to discuss the issue. We were told they could reschedule for two days later, which we did. We were given a quoted price for 8 hours (this included one more hour of moving). One of the movers also told us that it was a hazard for them to be moving in the rain and the company preferred to wait as well. They returned two days later and completed our move. When it was time to pay, we noticed that instead of the 8 hours we'd been quoted, we were charged for 10 hours. They had charged us again for their travel time. This had not been communicated to us at any point in our initial call with the company or with the mover. We paid the total cost, figuring we could work it out with the company since we knew the movers needed to get going to their next move. BIG MISTAKE!!! Our assumption that it was purely an oversight was mistaken. We spoke to Darlene in the office and then one of the owners, Joe Planson. He was unwilling to work with us and stand by the quote given to us just two days before by his employee. He had excuses about the rain, overnight charges (which we had no clue what he was talking about since no one had mentioned this to us) and in the end, lost our business. I would recommend others either use a different company that stands by their quoted price (in writing) or if you still decide to use Changing Spaces Moving, be very clear about how much they're going to charge you and don't pay ahead of time for incomplete, future moves.

Things went great-the guys worked hard and without wasting any time. They were careful with all belongings and completed the move without any damage. They navigated stairs and hallways well, took apart and put back together a bed, and were courteous and professional. Moving is never fun, but this was an overall positive experience!

We used them in November to move our old house into storage. They were on time, professional and extremely careful with our valuables. Today we moved into our new house and had the same great experience. On time, very careful, and professional. I have used almost every moving company in town. They are by far the best overall. Answer when you call, call to confirm appointments, and their crews are clean professional movers.

Bought a living social coupon and was scared of the quality of the movers for the price that I paid. End result I was extremly happy with everything and would use them again for my next move. Very professional and worked around our time scheudle.

    Changing Spaces Moving Inc
I did a lot of research with moving companies and asked a ton of
questions before I hired Changing Spaces.  I was worried about "unforeseen
charges". Changing Spaces was completely honest with me. I was impressed
that they didn't charge for flat screen TV boxes or fuel costs, like a
bunch of other companies I contacted.
If you need a moving company, I would highly recommend these guys.

    REDDY 2 MOVE
Overall excellent. Quote for packing work day prior to move was a little off. Did not factor in the price of all the specialty antique boxes along with labor time per hour. We took this in stride since our move quote was so fair and reasonable, and the employees were so neat and professional. Only recommendation to do differently: Make sure all work is itemized to the penny as to number of employees, number of their boxes purchased, and time estimated for move. Our move took twice the length of time they had originally planned, but priced by job, not hours, so no extra charge. We tipped heavily due to this and they deserved it.

    [Redacted per DCMA] Van Lines
I REALLY LIKED THE SERVICE BECAUSE THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY AND TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. PROVIDED FREE BOXES AND PACKING PAPER. EASY TO CONTACT AND RETURN CALLS QUICKLY. CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THE TRUCK WOULD ARRIVE, SO I COULD PLAN FOR DRIVING TIME. EVERY ONE I HAVE SPOKEN WITH HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE, AND YOU CAN TELL THEY ENJOY THEIR WORK. THE COST LISTED IS A NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT PAID.(MEANING IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS, I WOULD BE CREDITED).
