    I couldn't be happier about my experience with Lindley Electric. They were superior in every way to other companies I've used.
    I was able to book an appt right away and they showed up on time. 
    We'd had lighting problems in several areas which I'd put off repairing due to the expected cost.  I realized very quickly this company was different from those I'd dealt w/ in the past because he was trying to save me money by explaining what needed to be addressed and what was fine to leave as is. In some situations I only needed to change the wattage of light bulb we'd been using which was causing it to overheat and go out.
    There were 2 flouresent lights that needed to be replaced and he wrote down all the details so I'd know what to buy.  This alone would save me money by purchasing the items myself. 
    The biggest surprise was what he found with my outdoor motion detector light in the carport. Two years ago I bought the light and paid another company to install it. It did not work properly from the start, only barely lighting up at night, so they came back to check it. I was told there was not enough power getting to it and it would require an unknown amount of time tracking down the source. When I asked how much it might cost I was told it could take several hours and cost hundreds of dollars. I decided to postpone the work.
    Lindley Electric told me in a matter of minutes that it was a faulty fixture and had nothing to do with the power going into the fixture. It was something he quickly tested and learned. Now all I needed was to replace it. Too bad the last electrician didn't tell me the truth so I could have replaced it as faulty. Now I had to buy another one. 
    After purchasing these items I called and Lindley came back to finish the job. (Also, they didn't bill me any money until they were finished with the 2nd appointment!) In total they spent approx 3 hrs for everything to be handled and the total cost was $260.00.  I paid the last company much more than that for a lot less work! I will only  use Lindley Electric in the future and highly recommend them.  Lastly, he spent time advising  the best light bulbs & watts to purchase for the various pendants and canned lights throughout my house. He could not have been more helpful or professional.

    We just moved & our choices were Charter or Dish/DirecTV. Went w/ Charter & set up a two hour appointment window (1) for installation.  The contractor who installed it was fairly nice but not very concerned w/ customer service & after the installation he left,we realized he left his tools. So we called & had to set up another 2 hour appointment window (2) for him to come get his bag. Two days later the DVR stopped working & after getting into an argument w/ a rude customer service rep, she agreed to let me exchange the receiver at their office vs. setting up another two hour service window.  So that's another hour out of my day wasted due to Charter's poor service/negligence.  A few days after that, the phone & internet went down, so another two hour window was set up for a Sunday afternoon (3). Two hour window comes and goes & I call to find out what was going on & was told the service call was cancelled b/c the tech could not get anyone to answer the phone - that he was coming to service. So I make another appointment (4) during the week & tell them to have the tech call me when he is on the way b/c I will be at work & I'll meet him at the house. I call that AM to make sure the service appointment is still good to go & the rep says that it is & there is a note for the tech to call me when he is on his way. That afternoon I get a call from Charter's local office stating that the tech is at my front door and no one is home - he never called to say he was on the way. I tell them I am leaving the office & will meet him there. He is gone when I get home. So I call & threaten to cancel service & they guarantee me a tech will be out b/t 8-10 the next day & he will call when on his way & will not leave until I get there. The guy does call the next day & I meet him at the house. After climbing the telephone pole, he determines that I am not getting a strong enough signal and a "line tech" will have to come out & boost the signal. The next day I come home & it looks like there is an extension cord stretching from my house, across my patio and backyard to the telephone pole (about 130'.) Turns out that is my new cable. I call to complain & they say it is temporary & will be buried soon. That was two weeks ago. A co-worker has had a similar cable strewn across his & his neighbor's yard since Sept. LONG story short: go w/ anyone but Charter. I don't want to deal w/ a dish, but unless Uverse makes it to my end of the street soon (neighbors have it a few blocks down) I'm gonna have to b/c Charter is just terrible.

    Terrible. Long waits on the phone. Missed appointments. I called on several appointments when they were late, to be told they had canceled. I asked for the tech's name or id # to be able to report them. They wouldn't give it to me. One time they said no one was at home. My wife and I had waited at home an entire Saturday. I have never been so disgusted with a company. No solutions. Half the times a tech showed up. Switched to satellite service.

    We purchased nursery furniture from a baby store and wanted the furniture delivered and set-up. Since the store did not deliver, we called a few delivery services and got an estimate. We wanted the set delivered in 2 days and PDQ was able to accommodate us. They picked up the furniture from the baby store in the boxes and delivered them. They assembled the bed as well as changing table. They put the boxes at the curb. The only thing I was displeased about is that they did not remove the boxes and packaging from our property after assembly. However, the bedroom is well put together. They were nice, courteous, and efficient.

    They were really cheap. We chose them because of proximity and the fact that they existed. We thought that it would be hard to find a watch repair shop. They are a reasonably priced place.
